Roshni sat on the counter chair as she saw siddharth going to through the recipe book and later taking out the ingredients he needed to make soup for her...resting her face on the counter slip she kept on staring him with her mind drifted back to the events of last two days
He had brought her back at home after she was discharged and roshni was totally surprised to find the whole house cleaned like before...things were bought and settled in the kitchen.. the refrigerator was filled with chocolates, ice creams and everything else that roshni loved...their bedroom was neat and clean with a new bed sheet laid on bed...
'When you did all this?' 'Yesterday...when doctors had injected you I came back home and cleaned everything so that you will feel good also such mess is not good for you and my princess' he replied and she narrowed her eyes at him 'and don't tell me that you think it's a girl?' she said Or rather asked 'of course it's my princess...a princess just like you my love' he replied and she couldn't help but giggle 'and what if we have a prince..just like you' 'then I will make sure that we get a princess too...soon' he replied at her winking and her mouth opened wide at his reply
He pecked her cheeks before carrying her in his arms and making her lie at the bed 'you need proper rest...I am going to make lunch for three of us while you take rest' 'I am fine' 'yes you are but I want you to be perfect so that my princess will be perfect' he had replied before making his way to the kitchen
She smiled at him feeling overwhelmed as if the last few months were never their as if life was perfect always and she will pray to God that it remained perfect only...always.
She was out of her thoughts at the ring of his mobile... she noticed how Siddharth saw the name and then put it aside again without responding and how his face turned rigid...anger visible on his face as he took in a deep breath as the call got disconnect 'suddharth ...who is it...pick it up' she said totally confused with his behavior 'uhh roshni...it's a random friend...I will call him later..right now your soup is more important' he replied
'If this was some ex cuse then I didn't buy it...just tell me the reason behind your behavior or receive the call if there is nothing' she said as a matter of fact and he just picked up his mobile calling back to that random friend
'Hello..yes...ohhh...I will be there in sometime..yes have something important to do...yes more important then what you have to say...I said already after sometime..hmm' with that he disconnected the call and resumed his task 'who was it Siddharth ..and what is the problem?' Roshni asked 'told you a random friend and no there is no problem...he just want to waste my time but right now you are important let me prepare the soup and then I will deal with him' he replied and she kept quite after that... he knew he sounded mysterious and she must have doubted it so leaving everything he went and sat on the other chair beside her taking her hand in his he started
'I know you know that I am hiding something...you know me well so yes it's true I am hiding something but I promise I will tell you soon...very soon but firstly just let me deal with it and then we have our whole lives to deal with what is hidden...' 'you promise you will tell me as soon as it's over' 'I promise' 'good now go and make soup..I am starving' she said and he chuckled 'just 10 minutes...it's ready' 'ohkie...go'
Raj looked up at kunal and premal who were waiting to hear him out 'he said he will come in sometime..' 'why is he taking it too lightly raj...I hope our plan is still working ' premap wondered 'of course it is..stop worrying dad...and it will be successful too as soon as he will came across these pictures...no one can doubt that she is'nt roshni but my dear girl friend shabnam... ' 'I am sure kunal...let's just wait until he comes and I guess you two should go from here now...if simran returned and saw you two here then we will be in danger...' 'yes let's go kunal...' 'yes dad...' with that they walked out of the house but were unaware that someone had heard them out

'Siddharth...you are here since half hour..will you please say what you want or at least hear me out?' Raj asked irritated
Siddharth's behavior was confusing him...when he called him he said he is busy in something important and then he came at KM in one hour and from last half hour he is saying that he needs to tell him something not letting him start his own plan and show Siddharth the pictures he want 'dad...please don't get angry over me after hearing it but I wanted to confess to you that I married roshni for money...I married her because I thought that she Is so rich and it can help me and you...I thought that I will get more fame... I never loved her and wanted to leave when I got to know about her dad's business is now not her's... dad now this kid...I don't want it..I don't care who's kid it is...what I want is my freedom...please don't hate me for it dad...I just choose the short cut...hope you understood. ..ummm am I being clear to you dad?' Asked Siddharth
Raj froze on his spot...he didn't knew that he is so lucky or in other ways things will work out so soon...or in this way...siddharth now be with him...they both will ruin roshni together getting what they want...
'Dad' Siddharth called out...Raj for a moment stayed blank but a moment later an evil grin followed... 'Oh My God...I am so proud of you Siddharth ...you made it all so easy' Raj exclaimed as he stood up and pulled Siddharth in a hug 'dad...you aren't angry?' 'Angry...come on now siddharth...you have given me a shock..but a good one I must say...I always wanted it and you made it all so easy...looks like these pics aren't needed now' Raj broke the hug and picked up an envelop... Siddharth frowned and took it from him 'what is it dad?'
'Ohh some fake pictures I gathered to proof that this kid doesn't belongs to you but now when you yourself seems to be unaffected then what's the need' he explained and laughed slightly... Siddharth saw those pictures and his eyes turned cold 'so dad...how I mean...kunal is also in this pic...why kunal? You could have choosen some other guy? ' Siddharth asked casually putting the pictures back inside the envelop 'that's because no other guy isn't premal's son...and premal is my partner...we made a full proof plan...I joined hands with shiv...worked on the project and then you two got married which was solely my wish to step forward towards our plan...then when I realized that shiv have some how joined the dots and is kind of aware about our plans...we have no other option then to kill him...you know his property is still on roshni's name and that's why I insisted on your divorce to get roshni sign them and then everything will be mine...' 'not Mine dad...ours' Siddharth corrected and the father son duo laughed evilly
Siddharth became quite but raj yet again froze as his confession echoed among the four walls of the living room... he eyed Siddharth his expressions mixture of confusion and anger... 'what's happening? Why did you recorded it sid?' Raj asked
'Not me my dear dad...I gave this work to someone else' he said with one of his charming smile and turned towards the close door 'get in everyone' and there entered a police Inspector and few police constables and at last simran... 'meet my Mom Mr.Raj Khurana...she recorded everything you said and I guess it's enough to arrest you...isn't it Inspector' 'Mr.Khurana with the recorded confession of your father it Will and also we can arrest the other two culprits and then we will make the charge sheet for this case to submit in court...Mr.Raj Khurana you are under arrest
' Siddharth...Simran ...how could you two...I am your dad and your husband...' he shouted gritting his teeth while Siddharth let out a frustrated chuckle 'dad? Really...someone who was ready to ruin his son's love for some money...' 'how did you people knew...my plan was perfect?' He asked helplessly 'that day when you were deciding your plan with your partner in crime...we heard you...everything you said...you disgust us Mr.Khurana and you can't be my father...' Siddharth said turning away from him...raj then turned to simran who gave him a disgusting glance and looked away 'murderer like you have no relation with me...take him Inspector'
Once they were gone Siddharth and simran hugged each other shedding tears on the irony of life... 'sid...you go to roshni...I will handle everything and my NGO members are also with me..this man will pay for his deeds'
