Part 11
Sid and Roshni looked at eachother and then at the child, "Can i help you" Roshni asked the little boy, he looked up at her with his eyes and nose red from all the crying,
"My mommy not waking up, why is she not waking up" he asked Roshni...She then stoop to his height and told him
"Your mommy is just tired right now, she will be awake soon she told me that you will be coming to see her and i must tell you that she wants you to be strong for her"
He looked at her with tears in his eyes and said" I am strong and i will be strong for her"
Roshni melted at his words, the boy quickly looked at Siddharth who was staring at him, he went to Siddharth and said " Dont cry boys are supposed to be strong"and Siddharth smiled at the little boys words.
"Indeed boys are supposed to be strong"...Roshni said to Sid and the little boy, "Now my name is Roshni and this is Siddharth" she said as she stretched her hands out to the boy, he was a little hesitant at first but then he said"Amar my name is Amar"
"Well isn't that a lovely name, now can you tell me how you got here"she asked him
"My grandma brought me here, she told me mommy is sick and she needs me right now" he said
Roshni then asked him about his other relatives "It is only mommy and me, grandma visits once in a while and my papa is not around, mommy said he is super busy and one day he will come for me"
Roshni was a little taken aback and Sid could not believe what he was hearing so he went to look outside to see if the little boy grandma was there but all he saw was his parents and DD
"Roshni no one is out there, where could she have gone" Sid said
"Maybe she went to the canteen, or to make a phone call Siddharth" Roshni said to him..They both looked at the little boy and thought what to do with him now
After about 30 mins Roshni and Sid sat with the little boy who was now talking to them fully waiting for Misha to awake and for Amar grandma to return but they saw no one..."What are we going to do now with Amar, i mean we cant take him home" Sid said
"Just relax Siddharth everything will be fine and do not worry about Amar we will be here until Misha awakes...
The doctor came and check a still unconscious Misha "No signs of improvement yet Mr Khurana and i would advice you to go home and we will call you if anything comes up"
"Thank you doctor" he replied
"So waht now Roshni, we didn't get marry and now we got this little genius to take care of, he seems so attached t you how will we tell him he needs to spend the night away from his mom and now his new best friend" Sid asked staring at the little boy who was lying in Roshni lap..
"Siddharth you sound jealous of this boy, are you not ashamed to consider yourself any competition with him " she said laughing and then she saw him smile from her joke, but the smile quickly disappear when he looked across at Misha.
"Siddharth it wasn't your fault" she told him and then he looked at her picked a sleeping Amar up and went to drop Roshni home...
They arrived outside the Patel house and looked at each other
she could tell that Sid mind was still back at the hospital
"Siddharth" she said and held his hands jolting him back to the present " Please don't do this to yourself, i know it is difficult but please don't blame yourself for what happened and besides no matter how hard this struggle gets i am by your side and i will always be, that is because you are an amazing person and i love the hell out of you " after saying this she leaned over and gave him goodnight kiss on his lips and whispered in his ears " It seems i will have to dream about our night together since i am not coming home to you" and then she left a stunned Siddharth.
Siddharth reached his home and saw that his parents were still up, they were shock to see him bringing in the little child
"Mom , Dad i will explain in the moring right now i have to put him to bed" he said and then he left them...Kritika was watching from afar thinking what new drama is this...
Simran was in her room looking worried when Raj approached her
"Simmi why are you so worried, tell me what is the matter"
"Oh Raj i don't know how to tell you this but that little boy is your grandson" she said
Raj was now shocked "What are you saying, how could he be"
