PART 7Roshni left from office and made her way to hospital...walking for almost half an hour she reached at her destination...
'john' she called out as she entered in John's room 'rosh mom' he called happy to see her...She smiled at him and walked towards with a rose in her along with his favourite chocolates 'how is my superman now?' she asked caressing his forehead lovingly 'Come'on mom you call me superman right...then can a superman be injured or ill? I am a superman and i am very strong...' he said confidently while roshni chuckled
'you are unbelievable...but i am very angry why didn't you crossed the road without paying attention at the traffic, do you have any idea how much injured you are...very careless...' she said with her tune filled with pain and sorrow...moreover she was scared to loose him..jhon was really close to her among all the childs from NGO 'sorry mom, i was running after my ball you gifted me last month and it was going really far that's why didn't paid nay attention...sorry' he said holding his ears while she raised her hand towards him 'promise me that you won't repeat it again...i love you so much and won't be able to loose you too...' she said while he placed his hand on her's 'promise mom...' good boy'

After spending quality of time with jhon roshni made her way towards her house, it was night time now and the area was so isolated but she didn't caring much and kept walking in her way until a car came and stopped by her side, she too stopped and look towards the owner of the car who too stepped out the sametime and the very next moment she cursed herself for doing so as to her extreme bad luck it was Siddhart Khurana 'roshni' he called out and followed her as she resumed walking in her way not paying any attention to him 'roshni listen to me...roshni' he called with finality as he held her arm and turned her towards him
'i won't bite you if you will waste a moment in answering me...' he said a little angry with her behaviour 'leave me' she jerked away his hand 'i don't talk with strangers...and for your kind information it's not the place i work neither you are my boss so stay in your limits...and next time don't touch me' she warned pointing her index finger at him, her whole posture changed as her face held anger for his indecent act in the middle of the road
He raised his hands up in the air indicating her that he won't touch her again while she just looked away crossing her hands across her chest 'i just stopped you because i was worried, it's quite late now and this way is not really good too, so i just wanted to offer you a little help...i mean shall my driver drop you...?' he asked calmly 'no need for this Mr.Siddhart Khurana i am living my life alone from past four years and in past four years i had learnt to face my problems alone so your offer isn't really helpful for me at all...i will manage my problems myself...you please just don't come in my way...' she shot one last glance and turned to leave
While he silently followed her without uttering a word and she even aware about him following her didn't protested and kept walking in her way once she reached at her place she went inside the house without even giving him a single glance... 'i am sorry roshni, please just give me a single chance to explain and i will clear all our misunderstandings..' he whispered to himself as he turned to leave from there
Roshni stood there in her balcony hidden from his view and as he soon as he walked away she came in front 'why are you doing this to me siddhart? I had left you long before, i released you long before from my hold, i let you go, i permit you to spend your life on your own then why ard you doing this? Why aren't you going back? I don't wanna lose myself yet again, it took me so many years to move on leaving behind my past but if this time i let my past hurt me i guess the only thing which will protect me form it's pain will be my death...i don't want to go back in those memories which gave me love once but then took away all my happiness for always...i just can't...please leave...go away'
Just then her mobile rang, the number said everything about who it could be keeping her firm voice she received the call
'hello...who is it?' she asked
'beta..? it's me your dad' the other person replied
'i am sorry sir you must be mistaken, it's a wrong number..i am an orphan...i don't have a dad or a mom...please don't call again' she spoke calmly yet firmly and disconnected the call
you were my hero papa but you were coward and look where it brought us...i hate you' she weeped as her mind drifted back to past
Flashback
After Loosening everything when roshni needed a shoulder to cry upon, a mother's embrace in which she wished to weep, to cry for all her loss she reached at her house, no actually her mother's house, she rang the bell again and again and finally the door opened by durga devi, her mother, followed by her complete family 'mom' she called out with tear sticken face and took a step forward towards durga when her mom raised her hand 'stop there '
'you are mistaken Miss.Roshni i am not your mom...neither anyone here is your family...we don't know you, my daughter died long before...now leave from here and never show us your face' roshni look at everyone, one by one, her nani, her dad, her uncles, all had there head down ...non had the gut to come forward and support her...and then again her eyes landed at her stone-hearted mom...she kept looking at her pleading her to take her in her arms as she want to cry on her broken dreams, for her loss but the lady in front of her didn't even flinched for a moment
Roshni stumbled as she took few steps back ' thank you for making me face the reality Mrs.Patel, thank you so much for letting me know that i have no family, that i am an orphan...thanks a lot' she said as a layer of anger passed through her and wiping her tears she gave a last glance to her coward family, no not family, to those coward peoples before she walked away throwing them all out from her lifes for eternity
Flashback Ends
3 days later
Roshni reached office and went straight to her cabin only to meet mark in her way 'hey rosh' he greeted in his usual way 'hii mark...how are you and your dad...jazz told me he is ill?' she asked remembering her last conversation with jazz yesterday 'ohh dad is a little better now...but doctors warned us to be careful, the attack he had was quite serious...we have to take a lot of care of his' 'ohhh don't worry all will be good, give my best wishes to uncle...and yeah where is jazz?' she asked looking around
'jazz took an off today , she has some guest at her place...and thus boss asked both of us to manage her work too...so tell what you wanna do?' mark informed 'this girl, i tell you, once a month she take an off saying she have some guest to attend i mean even if she has to roam around with that idiot boyfriend of her's she should buy some new excuse...umm and about work i would want to manage her new project ' roshni suggested 'great then i too am with her in that project...it will be fun' 'yeah...see you in a while, let me know about the details as soon as you are free' mark nodded and went in her cabin
After Sometime
There was a knock at roshni's cabin 'come in' she said rosh' it was mark 'yes mark' 'rosh go through this file, and mark all important points and get ready we are leaving in an hour...' mark started with her information 'mark wait take breath ...what's the matter?' roshni asked confused about everything 'you remember you said you have to handle jazz's project on her behalf' 'yeah so...?' 'so that we are going for an important meeting of this new project and we have to go there' he informed
'what i don't even know anything about it...' roshni shouted all upset 'i know but boss just informed me...be fast roshni, drive to the hotel where the meeting will happen is long...so we will be leaving in an hour...just go through it and i will let you know when we will be ready...' mark guided and turn to leave 'wait...what do you mean by we? Who else is coming with us...?' 'SK sir ofcourse...boss said he liked the deal...' mark said and left while roshni sat back on her chair all upset 'ohh God roshni, what a mess you created for yourself...urghhh' she cursed herself for even agreeing for that
