Hey! First of all thank you so much for thinking of this story for a special post :) I do like to think that believing in the fact that Arnav was in an estranged marriage was one of the reasons Lavanya continued on with her obsession. I also drew from one of Braun’s interviews. He said that ‘unavailability’ is a big turn on for some people. As vile as it may sound, I’ve seen real life example of this being true. Lavanya in this story is that person who refused to see that the relationship dynamics in her world and Atshi’s world may be different. She knew that Khushi was present in the premiere and still didn’t abort her plan to come clean to Arnav. She wanted to let him know of her feelings nonetheless and then leave the decision on him. The only reason she backed out was when there was definite proof in front of her eyes and also the inkling that Arnav may not appreciate her coming on to him. At this part of the story, Lavanya hasn’t really done any damage to our couple. What has happened next will soon follow!Originally posted by: Savera84
This is my XXth post on IF, so thought of posting it in my favourite story.
Good or bad, Lavanya gets what she wants. We were all taught to have a goal and try to achieve it. It is a different matter that her goal turned out to be a human being who is happily married to a down to earth Khushi.
Thanks to the inept intel, Lavanya has too far gone in her infatuation/obsession that she is trying very hard to make her assumptions a reality. As if Arnav having a wife is not enough, she found that they both are madly in love with each other. That is a big blow to Lavanya (/s ego).
She got attracted to people before, had flings, got the attraction out of her system and moved on. She even used some of those flings for her advantage. When she met Arnav, she thought of doing the same thing. But she felt more than what she felt with others before. So, she wanted to find more about him, but the intel failed her.
Had the intel not failed, would she have backed off? May be, may be not we never know.
Now the question is, how did the intel fail? When Arnav got married, his colleagues and boss know about her. Khushi went about her business in the same way we all do. It is not like she locked herself inside the house whole day and no one knows about her existence.
If the intel and Manali are telling the truth then other reason could be, Khushi has gone to Lucknow even before Arnav turned rich and famous and she was not seen with him in his new circle of colleagues and acquaintances.
Oh the never ending scenarios!😊
Once again, thank you for writing this story.🤗
Cheers..
My my! These comments make me sooo happy. You guys have no idea. I’ve been asked by a couple of colleagues about why am I smiling at my screen :)Originally posted by: Pujakrishna
These comments feels so relaxing, that I am not the only one here who is constantly in this mood, there are other people also. I have created so many scenes (almost a story of my own) regarding this ff in my head. I have created a new character of a man who has grown up with khushi in her village, where both have been best of friends and may be love also from that man's side, who is now a big shot getting introduced to arnav making him realize that he know so less about his wife of 10years and so on (something on that line). I literally have created a detailed story in my head on that line. LoL.
I keep on thinking all this and laugh at myself thinking how a fictional story and character can make you feel so much. And that how a writer's brilliance with words can instigate so many emotions in you..
I am genuinely thinking of a routine update. Like a fixed time each week. All the best for your exams. Please do choose whichever thing works out best for you and your exams. You can always come back to the story :)Originally posted by: Pujakrishna
"Oh the never ending scenarios!" just so true.
I can never take suspense, it kills me and that is what exactly this story is doing to me.
I am almost on the verge of making a decision, of reading this story once the writer updates a number of chapters. This reading of one chapter at a time, being in extreme suspense, thinking of all possible scenarios is getting on my nerves which is not good given that i have exams coming. But again how to control myself when chapters get updated is the question.
I would love for you guys to discuss those scenarios here on the thread so even I can enjoy them :pOriginally posted by: Savera84
Wow! First of all a jappi from me. Keep smiling and keep imagining. Don't feel depressed. Our dil wants them to be together forever. But my dimag tells me that even if they are separated, Arpita won't leave Khushi as a damsel in distress. She will make Khushi live her life with her head held high.
Remember, she already started doing it.
Every Tom, Dick and Harry knows about Arnav's decision to divorce Khushi. Arnav even hired a lawyer.
When Arnav insisted to talk about it in the 11th hour (that too after Khushi revealed that she was aware of his decision), Khushi firmly said, she needs to hire a lawyer and there is nothing more to talk.
Just keep weaving your own stories on resurgence and keep laughing. If you want, you can share them with me.
Cheers..
Hello dear girls please calm down and give our author some creative liberty 😂😂. Even I am fretting about how this all end. I think the topic of infidelity or cheating is very alien to associate with Arnav. Here he is not our ASR unfortunately. I hope they don't have any children in this fiction. The topic of infertility always causes problm in most of families. Some couple simply dislike adoption because having kids from their own blood is what they ultimately want. The best response to cheating spouse r indifference and ignoring their entire existence. It works like magic. Cheaters always have a thing with their partner's indifference. It ticked them the most. The thought that their existence didn't matter to them and all. 😂.
Moving on is not an easy process but people often mistake that process, it is not falling in love with another one or marrying that person. Moving on simply means achieving inner peace by many ways. Some people travel around, some turn into fitness and physical and mental wellbeing some started to enjoy the freedom of non string attached relationship (because for some reasons the stringed relationship failed them so they try to experience the forbidden) some will fall in love with their Comfort person( this time most of them r cautious to enter into relationship with trust issues and usually a special person with very convincing effort can break their walls). Some simply enjoy the life (being single is kind of liberation, away from responsibility and hope but focusing on happiness)
Take ur time writerji. 🥂
Hahaha…. No worries. I’m loving the responses over these and soon we will begin having answers to all the questions. The broad story is already in my head. I just need to figure out a way to convert them into chapters and timeline back and forth. Till then I’m Lovi g the discussion going around. And yeah, moving on after such a long relationship is one of the hardest parts to fathom or write. Let’s see :)Originally posted by: TheSpark

Lavanya wanted to believe that Arnav was in an estranged marriage (which wasn't true at that time).Originally posted by: arpitaa9

Sadly 5/6 years later he did end up being in an estranged marriage. Was it planned by some external forces?
Cheers..

Even I was thinking about the external forces angle. It does remain a possibility. Someone close to Lavanya could have easily instigated situations.
