Always encouraging. I have a question. Do we write the analysis on the same thread or use different threads with captions of each epi and post the links in the index. Pls help.

Just continue the episodes in your own thread. Once it reaches some definite page numbers or maybe after every 20-30 episodes, we can all start new threads.

Using our own threads for our analysis will allow us to edit the title, index and everything efficiently.

You can note the page number for each new episode analysis and put that up in your index post on first page.

Apart from that, I would request you and Raji to edit your main posts and add the links to each others and my thread. We want readers to be able to access all three threads easily.

I'm going and editing my main post too.

P.S. Raji I think she was asking whether new threads have to be started for every new episode. I've explained with that perspective.

Raji mentioned a new thread for new epi.

I think that would make it easier because readers can comment on each epi separately and comments won't get mixed up in a thread in case people join in late.

Sorry Radhika, we don't create one thread per episode. We can cover 20 to 30 episodes in one thread. Index is to navigate to required posts within the thread.

@ssttuuttii, we will add other two index post links in our own index so, readers can directly go to indexes of the other two posts.

Since there will be an average of 3 days gaps between posts on any thread, I think most active readers will read and comment in between that time. Apart from that, it is okay if others comment late or drop in comments for various episodes together. It's the same thing that happens in FFs when readers read a chapter late - it is okay, doesn't cause much confusion.

Having three threads for every single episode will cause too many threads around the forum and rest of the topics will get overshadowed. Maintenance will also become hard on our part.

We will see how much response comes from others and accordingly decide when to start a new thread (around 20-30 episodes).

Btw, you and Raji can check my edited post now. Point out changes if required. Then you can also put up something similar.

One more idea to the list of content on this forum,

If you come to the forum only for arshi fan fiction, come up with a review or suggest your favourite FF or something you recently read on arshi.

Do it twice or once a week, as time permits, discuss about the characters in the story, is characterization different from that of show? What do you like? Etc. Etc

This is an excellent idea!

We can make it a weekly activity where somebody initiates by writing a review for any fan fiction that they like. Others who have read the FF can join in the discussion.

We can have appreciation messages for the authors along with discussion on the characters, events and happenings of the fiction. Even the respective writers would be happy to come across such a thread.

Raji had a similar idea for the existing FFs that are going to be shifted to FF forum. We will see how that goes but for now, we can start off with finished FFs.

We can have multiple volunteers for this too. Every week's FF choice and review can be done by different people. 😊

Btw, you are welcome to kickstart this by putting up something this week. 😉

You can also check out the third post on main page to see if you might be able to volunteer for anything.
