@GAuri

Well said G👍🏼

Yes Anjali seems to be quite mature for her age and wants Khushi to give a chance to their marriage. Seems that there is something more to do with Arnav-Manohar relationship which will be revealed in due course. Somehow Arnav hates Akash but does not acknowledge Manohar's love for him(Arnav).

Garima seems to have some grey shades. We will know more when N opens up her character

@Savera84]

Hey Raji

your questions are really intriguing. We need to know more about Garshi equation to find out why is Garima so cruel about Shashi. Shashi has been a principled man who hasn't sacrificed his values for money. Did Garima expect him to do that? Some of the respect that Arnav has for Garima probably stems from the fact that he respected Late Shashi Roy and may have looked up to him as ideal father material.

Akash seems to have stirred the hornet's nest even before making an appearance. Let us see what is in store for us. Arnav also has only negative comments about Akash.

@Ecrivain]

My speculations about chap 3 may have been right (ofcourse following a lot of hints here and there on comments, reverts, N's titbits and so on). Let us see what we come up with for chapter 4.

N ki aadat Arnav jaisi hai. He used to call Khushi - Khushi Kumari Gupta. Ergo N has taken up to calling me with my full name and not a mundane P. She finds it has a zing to it .

Still reading the update but Garima is borderline insensitive. Calling her deceased husband worthless, is by no means a good sign

Yes and we are waiting for N to let us see Garima's perspective. Was she speaking about her own experience when she advised Khushi about whom to choose

Cheers........

Hmm Raji,

Point to be noted. Why did Shashi Roy amass so much debts???

Arnav is probably acting as a happy go lucky guy to spite Manohar. Khushi is getting a glimpse of Arnav's vulnerability. Will she be somehow able to convince Arnav to do something of his life?

Maybe, Shashi didn’t take monetary favours from anyone unlike Manohar. And that might have left Garima in the wake of nothing

Btw, I wonder if she really likes Arnav or it’s only for the money 😵

Hmm EC

It appears that Manohar doesn't do Pro bono work while Shashi does. Yes and Garima must have been disillusioned by Shashi's 'work for free' practice.

Even I have a doubt as to why does Garima like Arnav. Did he promise to help Roys' out or does Garima knows the 'real' Arnav?

It will be tough to match the popular Advocate Akash.

Oh from Khushi's perspective, Akash has more qualities that she likes. He is probably a role model for her who would fit rightly into Shashi's shoes.

Poor Arnav Bitwa, he does not have much going for him, given his womanising and languishing ways. We do not know yet whether Arnav is a professional like Akash albeit in a different field. He fared badly in business, does not want to work with Manohar and has joined a political party...

You have summed up the equations and the characters in the chapter with apt words, justifying the stance and portraying the brewing storm that is about to engulf one and all.

I loved this one. ❤️

Thank you so much. Coming from you, it means the world to me. 🤗

Raji

Loved what you said about Arnav's and Akash's plight.

In Arnav's case, he had a father who had abandoned him for work and other responsibilities before he died and his step father too had time only for his mother and his legal practice.

In Akash's case, I think Manohar feels that he suffered more because maybe Priya's character was not as pure as Arti's. Arnav had Arti to influence his upbringing to some extent but in Akash's case, his father left his mother for another woman, his mother is a shrewd calculating rich woman who may have made sure that Akash knew her frustrations and desperations at all times and this may have impacted Akash's childhood to some extent. Manohar feels that despite all this, Akash came out a responsible individual unlike Arnav who kept on harping on being handed a bad card through out his life. There is a possibility that though Aarti was with Arnav and Manohar, she must have died under mysterious circumstances much early after her marriage to Manohar and when Manohar went back to Priya, Arnav was again left abandoned.

Khushi has not yet given any chance to her marriage for she doesn't know the real Arnav yet. She is getting glimpses of him, probably slowly but surely. Ofcourse we don't know whether only on Garima's advise did she marry Arnav or did Garima force Khushi to marry for some ulterior motive making her a scape goat.

Let us see what we come across in further chapters.
