Kavi - welcome back! Missed you!!❤️ Hope you are doing well.
Un-res.
How are you doing, Kavi? This chapter sucked us right back into the Udupi Arnav-Khushi tale :)
For Arnav -
Tujhe Bin Jaane Bin Pehchane, Maine Hruday se Lagaya
Par Mere Pyar Ke Badle Mein Toone, Mujhko Yeh Din Dikhlaya
Jaise Birha Ki Rut Maine Kaati, Tadapke aahen Bhar Bhar-ke
Jale Man Tera Bhi, Kisee ke milan ko
Anamika tu bhi tarse...
Meri Bheegi bheegi si palkon pe reh gaye
Jaise mere sapne bhikar ke.................

A clean-shaven Arnav - check
A Delhi-sophisticated Khushi - check
Conversation between A & K - check
As always caring and helpful Arnav - check
The naivety in "journo" Khushi - a big cross. The world is full of wily scheming zehreeley insaan. Add Desai to the ever-growing list. Shyam took full advantage of Anjali's hospitality towards Khushi. And Desai took advantage of this very unsuspecting Khushi.
As disturbed and annoyed as I am, I think Khushi's behavior forms her inherent nature. She is a courageous woman (going as far as taking a plunge into the Arabian Sea). But she doesn't get a wiff of what men around her are up to. I can only hope that these repeated cases of ignorance stop right here. The Knight in Shining Armour should not be the hero pulling her out of these pits over and again. She has to take care of herself. Arnav or no Arnav.
Kavi - I think this chapter helped concretize Khushi's character. When she explains her actions to Arnav, this is exactly what she meant. She had not gone as far as thinking about the implications. Just as she walked up to Room #602.
I hope Arnav pieces all of this together, attributes her actions to her nature and pauses to think about what he wants and who he wants in his life.
Once again, welcome back, Kavi. Hope you are rejuvenated from your little break!
Lots of love,
Vini.
