Arnav is the kind of man who does things with his Everything so if Khushi wasn't there or if he never felt this intense passionate emotion towards the younger K why should he not have a good rapport and relationship with La?? In WA surely his emotional connection with La wasn't as intense as it's when it comes to Khushi but the man is hurt feeling lost that the one girl who did stand by him she too proved like the younger one he didn't matter enough that she didn't think a moment before walking away!
LA's perspective about this whole things can be different too: as a woman I can say one thing we're clearly better with our gut instinct 😆 so La must have understood or she herself found the same intense passionate kinda relationship ArShi shares with a man. Circumstances and her own guilt could have made her take the cowardly route of ditching him ,putting little sister in a fix jeopardised the relationship between a Mentor and protege. Multiple relationships got affected by La decision but I'm sure from her PoV she's justified like how A and K is too from theirs.
Physical part of it as much as Arnav is a man the depth of his physical and emotional connection he has with Khushi I doubt it went beyond a point simply because it's obvious there has been only one possessing his heart and mind ever since a young Ms Sharma crossed his path. But Even if he was involved what's wrong with that it's not like he was in a relationship with Khushi in real sense. His heart and head wished for that recognition but circumstances didn't allow it so he's a FREE man just like Khushi is Free to hug another man !!
