^ Indu, the silence for 3 episodes is a bit too much! I cringed at the thought that Khushi was on her own fighting with snakewa. Yes, wanted ASR to act sooner.

While there can be many hypotheses to explain that painful silence, I can not fathom/ accept for the life of me that writers didn't have different plans specifically after mention of ANY PROOF at the door step. If what was shown was their original plan itself, they would simply stopped that door scene at where Khushi says its Shyam and hegetting shocked.. no need to bring in that lineabout proof.

I am not expecting him to talk much but asr would have at least assured in hiswords like "relax every one".. no nothing.. just blank looks..that's not asr for me.. only looks cut and paste to me shot separate..he was much under control in that den with the goons than under his own roof..

Oh yes, thanks for reminding, we all talked so much about those Will papers attached to the crib, at least in the final show down by NK, kh. But here as Indi said they would have certainly left some loop holes through which shyam would creep back.

I would have been actually OK with 1 epi of silence just as if he is stopping for anjali's sake, even after 3 episodes, I would have been at least fine if he plunge into action and slapped soon after Shyam called Kh characterless.. its terrible that he didn't act until Kh pleaded...

Well said, Indu. That silence was totally inexplicable for me. ASR wouldn't have stood around watching his girl get bullied, di or no di. Its fascinating in a sense, as to how these are written up, to ponder on the logic of it all. Bhagwan jaaney! A professor of mine used to say that when he would ask us something and all of us would be sitting there with a blank look on our faces!

He was certainly not there to the extent where there could show things completely under asr's control like I am watching dadi's episodes.. they are an absolute treat! When he enters RM every one asks him panicking and he just looks on... almost disoriented.. until mami says he was kidnapped.. i tend to think the same way as you on these fairly heartbreaking episodes.

i know what durga is trying to say,

but, durga, something feels abs not asr.

that is the crux of it.

the story can be whatever it is.

khushi almost died just minutes ago... will asr let her go through this?

i can understand khushi's desperation... this man has just trued to kill, burn her husband... khushi who is always circumspect... speaks out. insisting. she keeps telling even di, despite knowing di can't take it.

that was natural to me.

which is why when they wrote khushi brought shyam back, again i felt the oh no, bad writing thing. and ridiculously destroying character. because shyam had touched her, cheated her, tried to kill her, she may be able to take. but would khushi allow in a person who tried to pour diesel on arnav ji and set him on fire?

but that's another story another day.
