Ladies, I just watched Vicky Donor for the first time got to say I am loving and respecting John Abraham more and more. He takes these brilliant young stars and places them as leads, wow, such opportunities for these actors! I feel so much happiness that He is giving our Barun the opportunity! He sees something in him and they are working with Disney India Production House as well; oh how the stars have aligned for our boy!!! Star Plus and Gul Khan eat your heart out! Our man is on the way to the top!😉
though i try not to harbour a grudge and let things go, as you i know the value of a free and flowing heart, but when i read that line of yours, 😉 couldn't help but feel my heart leap with elation and the other thing you feel when someone dear to you has been badly treated... i hope there is a frenzy of eating heart out soon.
vicky donor was nice, especially the first seventy odd percent. i loved the drinking grandma and mother. my grandma drank and was sharp as a tack and the most loving generous person i have known, also a bit on the edge always having lost her parents very young and being slightly cheated by those who took care of her and her three sisters, but you couldn't say a bad word about the chief thief her aunt he he, she loved her, bas. oh i miss my grandma, she would have been keenly interested in my craziness about a 29 year old young man.
despite all the sweetness and "moviefication", vicky donor gave us a look at the gritty edgy life in delhi as it is, i could feel the city, its unposh busy constantly moving part. and i enjoyed aayushman's take on vicky... brill dialogues i thought... fell for that scene where the girl next door walks in for a little teehee, there was something raw and real there. and of course, the premise... nice.
