ARSHI beautiful post. Yes this is the crux of their emotions. I specifically loved one thing you said that I haven't pondered much earlier, that is Khushi realizing that she is engaged! It all happened in such a hurry and without her acceptance that it just didn't sink into her yet. And that is the first time when she verbally uttered those words "e hamari sagai ki angoothi hai" when she realized, to her utmost agony, that she belonged to some one else now! She can't let him hold, touch her ... Which she did most naturally even without her own notice earlier on... Heart breaking.. Nahi?? I feel for this girl ... Some one hurts her even without she doing anything and then she is forced to get engaged to some one else...

I loved that gif you made, where he draws in chin as if asking" is this true", it was totally unbelievable to him. But may be since Khushi can't hurt anyone deliberately, it was God's own will to give it right back to him for all the nasty things he said to her on Diwali!

Loved that ring of fire and ring of trust, yes it would keep coming back to him only agin and again.. The symbolism unescapable.

Ladies, we are so happy that you like this thread. Thanks so much to Faiqa for her listening to her inner sense and making this thread. 124 is a huge step in opening Arnav's heart for Khushi. A man who has everything he wants, except Khushi, for now she belongs to someone else.

How must he feel?

And Khushi forced to get engaged to a man she considers just a friend. Everyone convincing her love will come...maybe so for others but not for her. Her heart is with this fearless, rude man who treats her like dirt. He automatically assumes that he has right over her for some inane reason...it must be DM placing his right in his heart.

The ring of fire, the ring of trust, great one Faiqa and Mehreen beautifully described.

Funny, Indi you said it correct, how come she couldn't get that damn ring on her finger?Because it din't belong there even if it was too big it should have fit but he flustered her so much that it wasn't going...I think DM had a hand it that too.

Cynthia, nice write up for an extreme engrossing watch. LOved you including a pic of his heart broken visage from the terrace. yes the pain was very much analogous. It came too soon for him even before he fathomed the pain he gave to her. But may be he deserved it!

About that ring being loose yet not fitting Khushi. Yes I noticed that too. some for drama sake, but she was truly frustrated at the taunts, teary eyed at that time glaring her vision. but more imptly, I thought it symbolically reflected her reluctance to wear it! Without buaji or shyam around, without any coercions, she just doesn't want to wear it left it herself!

Enjoyed the take Cynthia. Yes this epi truly deserves one thread all for itself!
