Manjari, once again thank you so much for a well organised contest. It was an exciting experience to be a part of this contest. Saraa, Mistyrains and Lazyleaves, thank you so much for taking time out to judge all the entries and for the feedback on the whole.

Lazyleaves, I agree that the many constraints of the contest limited the creativity of the stories, but that was the challenge. I think it encouraged the writers to give their best and that resulted in so many beautiful stories that we got to read in the contest. I personally enjoyed writing within the limits of the genre and quote, though I agree I couldn't write some things because of the constraints.

About your comments on my stories.

Entry 13. A nice one :) I especially liked how at the end without realizing he actually said his feelings in the form of a poem. But I wished it had more of the comic element :)

Thank you. Yes, that was the idea. I wanted him to say those lines without him realising that they formed a poem. I agree the comic element was limited. I tried to create a light hearted story, so didn't bring in any crazy moments. But thanks for the suggestion, will try to bring the house down next time. 😊

Entry 14. When I was reading this one and Khushi answered during Rakhsha Bandhan, I mentally screamed a 'NO!!!!' But of course, Khushi was wrong :) It was after the guest house one. A mistake undone and I loved it :)

Thank you for loving it. Of course, it was the guest house incident, how could we forget those scenes of Khushi sitting with him in the car, resting her head on his shoulder and him taking care of her with so much love. The same morning he had refused to give her a lift in the car even after Nani had asked him to. And here he was, handling her so delicately as if she was the most precious one.

And now for the winners:

Amethyst - congrats for winning the OS contest. Paani ke sapne is my most favourite among all OSs, and I am very happy that it was you who has written it.

chibisuke - congrats for the runners up award and the best comic os award. The story was quite entertaining and enjoyed by many. I loved the poem at the end.

deeps_92 - congrats for winning the most popular os award. Price of Happiness is a beautiful story. It fitted the quote and genre very well.

Caskett - congrats for winning the most romantic os award. Mending souls is touching story. Loved the ending.

Anupama - congrats for winning the most tragic os award. A trespassing memory is the most unique one among all the stories. Very well written. Please try to extend the story if possible.

dj_arshifan and Anarocksick - congrats for the special mentions. Both stories quite intriguing and made an interesting read.

Thanks for the top ten list Manjari. I still can't believe that my OS made it to the top ten. 😃 Congrats to all others who made it to the list.

My only disappointment is for Entry #20 Love is... which did not win any award. It was so popular and so close to winning the most popular award. Wish there was a runner up award for that too.

seems like we are in two, no offence for the others

I know, i should not ask this question, but i can't even keep quiet, so i'm saying it:

can I know which was the criteria used to chose the special mentions.

No offence to who won, it's just out of curiousity
