With every chapter the suspense keep getting gripping.

What happened all those years ago?, what is the truth behind the two gunshots?

How is lajwanti involved in all this? If there is a connection where will it leave Arnav and Khushi?

Their love for each other and their need for each other for survival is strong. But is it strong enough to face what to come next? This story of yours is so binding and mind storming that I'm always left with more question than answer with each chappy.

Looking forward to next update for some answers.

P.S. In my last comment on 'ncofl' you asked what is in 'without you' that I don't like or would want you to improve on the answer is nothing. It's just my preference that I'm a sucker for love stories, specially a journey of two people falling in love and when it's involve Arshi nothing can be better.

Your writing is commendable whether it's a love story like 'ncofl' or a suspense cum love story like 'without you'.

thanks... you liked god talk? aww. you know for asr to become the man he became, there had to be something fairly sinister and terrible about what went on around him, even as he grew up... just my thought, and yeah, the guy went through stuff, still goes through them... he is sensitive and vulnerable, what saves him each time i guess is his conscience and his intelligence, and his ability to receive and give love. a certain cleanness to a boy who grew up in a place and milieu far from clean... to some extent the same is true of his sister, but her nature is a little different, the darkness has captured a corner in her and filled it with fear... let's see what happens.

thanks so much, mehreen... that in pink about crossing that boundary of utter filth and plunging intio purity... beautiful. every moment of their lives they have been progressing to this moment and the next. even when they were not together, their stories had started to come together... i have no idea if we can call this fate or what... i personally believe, life gives you some things then you act, and your action is crucial in determinng the next thing... i think that is what i saw in ipk and that is what i write. human action determines the course as much as the action outside by life itself... and the path is not easy, but it must be done, because some instinct tells them on the other side is the clean refulgent sunshine which we need to grow to be happy. they need each other in a way that is elemental... you are right, he is her rising sun, and she his moon bathed in moonlight, each makes the other more relevant, more beautiful, more human...

ha ha these idiots, bichaarey, why must they constantly leap up and down...

those first three words... 😳 😳 awww i am grinning and feeling so good. thank you and thank you some more. nothing bad planned for khushi and asr, promise you... i have always seen their love story as here now valid vibrant... there is at present no need for tragedy to make it touch our hearts. how they live and find their way through life and to each other, i think that is thrilling and so beautiful. they are adorable, yes. sigh. thanks for reading.

you know, here is the truth... i have no idea exactly what happened or how it will impact the two... now what happened is becoming clearer... but where will it take khushi and asr... i am still looking at them and saying, tells me pilleejh. 😳. i think i am beginning to get some answers, thankfully.

all i knew and know is that sheeshmahal had hell in it. a past that was deep and dark and ignominious... and it touched asr's skin, his bones, his heart, his spleen... also tainted the life of anjali. and in it somehow khushi's life story was also involved... this is what was hinted at in ipk... i could not let it go, because it was so needed for their story to plumb and find its true significance. otherwise what was the need for both of them to be from lucknow, she could have easily been from delhi and the same person, right? also there was this sense of more than this moment in their first meeting...

i needed to find out what transpired here...

so glad it is gripping and makes you want to find out more.

never written fiction. it's a fantastic exercise, must thank my friends on blast from the past for egging me on. 😳

and thanks for the lovely last line. me too total sucker for romance, especially when it is starting out and hitting hard... oh the dhakdhaks just reading some words.

beautifully written chapter.

How you depicted Arnav's conflicting emotions about sheesh mahal is sublime. so many memories, sweet and bitter engulfed him when he landed there.

The story of Lajwanti and Dushyant is interesting. In spite of being married Khushi's mom saw Arnav's dad. Moreover she was in love with her husband. I guess it was her infatuation to Dushyant. But she didn't know that he was married? right?

so shyam was not alone, his culprit uncle was with him in this crime.

their phone convo made my eyes blur with tears. Oh the love is too profound between them. No shyam, no chacha can separate them. I just want Khushi to be safe and sound with Arnav. bas

Looking forward to read how Arnav rescues Khushi and punishes two devils.
