thanks so much, sohara, for this huge congratulations post. but really, at the rate i talk nonstop... 10,000 posts i guess had to happen.

you guys have been so good to hang out with, each one different and really dear. the young ones here are really the cutest and most happy making ever.

completely true, chalhov. also, many a times the first couple of films may be flops... but if you have to make it, you will. even on tv, his first show, which by the way during empty long evenings i have sort of looked at at times, was shraddha, a show that didn't make it. then there was dmg where he was a cameo character. then suddenly baat, followed immediately by ipk... i know nothing about the industry unlike you... and still i feel it's ok... everything takes time. especially the good things.

i would like to see a movie though with this fantastic jodi. i do wonder at times why no one wants to cast them in a nice hindi phillum. maybe those days are over in the movies, now it's only who knows whom and is related to whom. somehow hindi films lack jaan i find these days. yeah, maybe more slick, but nothing sticks. in the earlier days esp the sixties and seventies there were many bizarre things in the films but somehow they stayed with you, resonated... uff some of the song sequences... the whole thing of stardom... lot of it there. plus many films had lovely stories.

ah well, we'll wait i guess.

about that note on getting personal about our deadly actors, just my thoughts... we are all free to do as we think right, but i genuinely feel we should not go that way, so said what i had to. plus, look at the reality of screen jodis and screen chemistry... none of these couples have ever been married to each other... not the really wildly hot ones. worth a ponder, na? 😆
