DM again helped the devil. Babuji became paralyzed, he won't be able to talk. The devil Shyam sighs a relief. Khushi, payal are dying to make their Babuji talk,"why babuji is not talking. Babuji tried to say Shyam. what a great father he is! He is trying to save his daughter's life even in his disabled condition. Khushi also can't leave her babuji alone in a hospital bed. when they all left, she again comes back again to see him. her heart is breaking into pieces for her father. A silent drop of tears escapes from sashiji's eyes.

Akash is terribly upset for babuji. Thank God, he didn't inherit anything from his mean mother, but got all the good qualities of raizada. He shares his anguish with anjali. anjali is also very hurt. She tells their new servant(I didn't notice, it's JP, OP, or what😆) to get the lunch box ready. she wants to go to see sasshiji. She tells in satiation, 'how much Khushiji did for our family!." Mami didn't like it at all. she intervenes and reminds Anjali that she gets money in return. She taunts Akash, "kaal to tum khoon bhari tang ko godi mei uthakar yaha waha girad rahi. yesterday you were falling here and there taking khhoon bhari tang in your lap and today you are running to the hospital for her dad!" She mentions Khushi as their servant. How cum a person can be so mean and shallow! Where mami shows her meanness, nani appears there to harass her even more, Mami calls nani the servant union leader. mami tries to emulate nani,"I'm just telling that there should be a distance between a servant and a master." Nani infuriates even more,"don't forget how you started in this house?" mami gets annoyed to hear the brutal truth and leaves the place. so mami was a servant in Raizada house!

Hearing the hue Arnav comes to know why mami is upset? Anjali asks her when he came back. she mutters, so Khushiji has back too. she informs him that Khushi's dad had an heart attack and his condition is critical. She asks him, what time he dropped Khushi at home.? Arnav remembers how he got her out from the car and told her scathingly to go by herself, "we've reached Delhi. take the money and go. Take bus, take auto, I don't care how you reach home!" he gets terribly perturbed of his action.
pause: Arnav really was relentless to khushi. A girl who is just got over from high fever, who doesn't have money or a phone, how cum she can reach home by herself!. I appreciate khushi that she didn't take his money. A while ago who was in deep compunction, took a good care of Khushi, even beaten the goons for touching khushi, now has become so inexorable! Arnav sure had bipolar disorder.

Shyam pretends that he is deeply hurt for sashiji. when he sees khushi is coming, he starts his drama. He puts his hand on dia and vows to the God that he will not take off his hand until sashiji gets well. What a hypocrite! Khushi comes and takes off his hand from the dia. She wraps his wound with her hanky. Thank God she didn't tear her dupatta to do the bandage. normally we see in hindi movies heroine tears her saree or dupatta to wrap hero's wound. Khushi is determined in her belief,"I have full trust on DM. She will do everything better."

The poor family is mourning for their grief. buaji is yowling,"don't know whose evil eye is kept on our family!" yes buaji your favorite Shyam is the ominous evil eyed person here. i wish if you could see this.! 😡Khushi tries to console everybody, "we should be courageous and keep our trust on DM " Shyam thinks as the family is busy with themselves, it's a better chance to do some nasty drama with sashji. the nefarious shyam comes to sashji's room and starts his assault. what a weak man you are shyam, teasing an ill man who doesn't have the potent to even talk. The shabby guy pretends how he said his name, shows him his bandage, and tells him that Khushi did the bandage, she cares him a lot. babuji can't bear his nasty talk any more. He tries to curl his fist in anger, but poor guy doesn't have that much of strength. Shyam tells him not to get worry for Khushi, " a while ago i was worried, now it's the time for you to be worried. don't think about khushi. i'm here for her. you just lie down here and everybody will get me married with Khushi. i'll antagonize, but nobody will listen." tears again wells up in babuji's eyes. The devil teases him even more, "isse rone ki kya bat hai, aap to humare honewale sasurji hai na." (why are you crying in this, after all you are my to be father in law.) Is he a human being! how cynical !

Anjali and Akash come to the hospital and shyam sees them. he is annoyed,'it seems like the whole raizada are in the hospital. I'll come when nobody will be here." Anjali and Akash pass shyam, but neither of them sees him.

Anjali tries to console garimaji. But she is completely startled. akash gives Payal the food. anjali sees forlorn khushi and goes to her,'you are a very brave girl. have courage, coz you have to take care of your family now." Buaji start to yowl again,"we had a happy family, don't know who gave us evil eye!" her words makes the rest of the family emotional. Khushi can't take it it anymore. she runs out from the room, She succumbs in Anjali's words, aap bohot himmatwali hai, apko to apki pariwarko sambhalna hai" Khushi is pensive, she sits down on a chair and beseechs to DM,"Give me strength Devi maiya."

DM instantly grants her strength. the winds starts to blow, Khushi senses him from a distant. Her strength, her Arnavji is here."Khushi" he says her name tenderly. Khushi sees him, she stands up, takes some small shaky step, gains her courage and runs straight to him. she collapses on his wide chest, embraces him strongly, starts crying her heart out"nahi hai hume himmat. nahi hoti hai e sab humse. ekbar pehele bhi hum apni babuji ko kho chuki hai, dobara nahi hoga.nahi hoga hhume, hum puri tarah se toot chuki hai."(TRANSLATION: I don't have the courage.I can't do it. I already lost my father, don't want lose him again.I'm completely brken down.) Billow of emotion in her voice. she is crying, sobbing. Arnav closes his eyes in her pain. Her pain is too unbearable for him. he can't see her crying. he lifts his hands, but can't hug her back. he clutches his fist, but can't give him the condolence what she is seeking for. Rabba vey in piano intensifies the moment. A melancholy engulfs the atmosphere. My eyes are getting blurry
again, my heart is aching, don't know why. why I love this two people so much, who don't even exist in real life.

sohara,

very nice, touching. some lines leapt out at me, i marked them.

asr has this crazy anger and you're right he seems to be bipolar at times, especially when it comes to the girl who is invading his most closely defended fortress faraq nahin padta, which protects the most tender part of him... his dil. when his conscience is touched, he acts with it, but the moment he feels that his dil is being touched, he freaks out. interesting, isn't it. you ask at the end, why don't such people exist, my feeling is they do. i sometimes think i know a man just like this. it is amazing how much beauty can be in a person and how much anger and hurt and all that results from it.

that servant issue. i feel ipk questioned many stereotypes, not in a pontificating, heavy handed way, but by just showing its characters taking something on. have a feeling, they wanted us to examine how we look at the whole idea of servant and class separation... came up often. the fact that nani accepted a girl who started out as a maid most likely and became her only son's wife, though she was crusty, she loved mano in her own way too. we see it in many scenes. sometimes her teasing of mano being lazy and not a great cook or anything is almost gentle. only when mano misbehaves, nani freaks (freaking sort of grandma and grandson), and it's a nuanced interesting relationship from both sides...mano loves the scary mil too... i used to like that. so yes, you can shout at the servant (has asr ever done anything else), or be very kind and respectful like anjali and khushi, a servant can be just wooden (like who is t, jp), or cute and outspoken (our dear op), or always with long suffering air (hp ji), or of a different religion and enter the puja room (rahim chacha), or be part of your class and marry into your family (mano darling), or you can be obnoxious about caste and servanits like dadi. the only situation, the writer frowned upon was the last one. those who got it, understood that asr barks at everyone, also the servants, if he suddenly became sweet to the servants and started calling them "aap" would it be even real 😆.

i liked the message regarding those who work at home that i found here. they are employees, as human as you, just as you want to be treated, treat them in similar way. there will be all shades of human interaction as between employees and employers in all cases. the only reason nani reminds mano, is because she brings up the servant issue and looks down on the class. nani therefore defends that class with that single statement. not to put her down i feel, but to make her realise.

beautiful meera bhajan to krishna heard as a child: mohe chakar rakho ji. keep me as your servant, lord. in a way we are all servants, in hindi the word for employment: naukri, in bangla: chakri. from naukar and chakar. it's a pleasure to be chakar, of the job, of the lord.

i am going on. sorry, your lines to blame.

that first line.
DM again helped the devil.

this has plagued humanity again and again, hasn't it. we keep asking why god let this happen? didn't stop the "bad guys." and if we see babuji's life and how the whole thing impacted the story of everyone's life, nothing about it seems right, does it? yet, in reality, and that's the truth of it, these kind of incomplete, unfair stories happen all the time. there is no neat good brings good, bad brings bad, sort of pattern. yes at times it does feel as though there was that, at others nothing makes sense. our philosophies, religions, moral yearnings, consciousness, cognitive abilities, all keep looking for the most valid answer. i guess that search is the important thing. not to get bogged down by what feels utterly senseless, but keep looking. gosh i need season 2. 😆

another beautiful song from nikaah... dil ke armaan aansoo-on mein ... i still hum it sometimes. salma aga had a lovely low voice with a slight nasal thing to her delivery; distinctive, with substance, stayed with you.

@indi
thanks for reading and of course for your keen observation.

Your words reminded me another adjective which is kind of appropriate for ASR. and that is pessimist. He actually remained in the world of delusion. his dad deceived his mom and because of that he led a wretched, sardonic life and he made it axiom of life that where there is love there is deception. and the saddest part is, poor khushi became the scapegoat.
you ask at the end, why don't such people exist, my feeling is they do. i sometimes think i know a man just like this. it is amazing how much beauty can be in a person and how much anger and hurt and all that results from it.
great to know that someone like ASR exists in real life! Is he sexy like him? Just kidding.

that servant issue. i feel ipk questioned many stereotypes, not in a pontificating, heavy handed way, but by just showing its characters taking something on. have a feeling, they wanted us to examine how we look at the whole idea of servant and class separation... came up often. the fact that nani accepted a girl who started out as a maid most likely and became her only son's wife, though she was crusty, she loved mano in her own way too. we see it in many scenes. sometimes her teasing of mano being lazy and not a great cook or anything is almost gentle. only when mano misbehaves, nani freaks (freaking sort of grandma and grandson), and it's a nuanced interesting relationship from both sides...mano loves the scary mil too... i used to like that. so yes, you can shout at the servant (has asr ever done anything else), or be very kind and respectful like anjali and khushi, a servant can be just wooden (like who is t, jp), or cute and outspoken (our dear op), or always with long suffering air (hp ji), or of a different religion and enter the puja room (rahim chacha), or be part of your class and marry into your family (mano darling), or you can be obnoxious about caste and servanits like dadi. the only situation, the writer frowned upon was the last one. those who got it, understood that asr barks at everyone, also the servants, if he suddenly became sweet to the servants and started calling them "aap" would it be even real 😆.
i absolutely agree with you. Raizada family's outlook is definitely broad. And it has been shown in various occasion.Specially nani and Anjali. Arnav was kind of obnoxious at the beginning, but he changed his attitude later.

i liked the message regarding those who work at home that i found here. they are employees, as human as you, just as you want to be treated, treat them in similar way. there will be all shades of human interaction as between employees and employers in all cases. the only reason nani reminds mano, is because she brings up the servant issue and looks down on the class. nani therefore defends that class with that single statement. not to put her down i feel, but to make her realise.
I also think same. Her misdemeanor with the gupta sisters irked Nani.

our sexy bipolar boy.
I sarcastically said it.we just don't know God's will. but whatever he does, does for our good.
season-2 who wants it more than me?
It will be only possible if our bipolar sexy boy wants to do it.

Thanks Supriya for the videos.
Aww Barun is still so shy!
He is so grounded and such a nice human being!
thanks for liking and reading my 94, 95
Loved your sweet comments.

the way he carried her...both were so comfortable...its lik Khushi truly belonged there
Khushi looks just perfect in Arnav's arm.
I saw so many actors carried their heroines, but not many of them look good.
But khushi's body seems made to fit for Arnav's arm.
they are just so perfect.

Nah, he is just a stupid man with huge denial issues! LOL
And a big time pessimist. Gosh i've never seen any fool who rejects his love!
actually ASR is too complex.

@Horizon
Thanks for reading.
I loved your poignant comments and keen observation.

Yes, she loved his yelling too... This is the same reason I commented on Ami's analysis the other day that she loved his LGness too! Who has the guts to shot at the feisty Khushi Kumari Gupta.. except for her LG!! I know many a times initially there is a lot of acrimony in that but later she got habituated to it so much so that she missed it badly!!I hope he is still yelling at her in that parallel world now where they are assumingly leading a happy married life!!
I think love is like that, when you are in love with somebody his pungent words sounds mellifluous.
Yeah I know they are certainly leading a happy life. and I'm sure by this time tycoon took her in honeymoon to Switzerland .hehehe.

Yes, they sure did, why she always has to push him.. not just here, I couldn't even fathom/ appreciate why she asked him after the Diwali miss kiss, what he was trying to do! Anyway, we will talk about it when we get there, which is just round the corner.

can't just wait for the diwali night.

At this stage it looked as if he was mad that she went to Nainital with Arnav! He even tried instigating babuji that she is with a paraya mard where babuji expressed utter confidence in his daughter. And in general, in spite of all his efforts to stop Khushi from going to RM, she still goes there every day. Arnav, who is his wife's(Anjali) doting brother, unfortunately (for Shyam) happens to be the direct employer of Khushi. Hence considered a threat by Shyam.
I also think so. it was so fun to watch, when shyam finally found that Arnav is after Khushi.

Oh Sohara, my dear.. you seem to be on a mission... you know what:)

No my friend, my intention is saaf. I just want you all to love Arshi more.

Thanks that you liked my VM.

Aww, it's cute that you already have your very own mini female ASR!! I've always wanted a daughter!!

Yeah my hubby and I work for the same company but in different departments.
And about a full grown ASR...if i knew how to make one, do you think I would be such a good girl to give you 1 to keep for yourself?? ;-) naaah!
or...to think of it again...may be yes...i could start a mass production of full grown ASR and going by the number of desperate, crazy females around (including all of us) I would be a billionaire in no time...
Some business idea this! "Cloning ASR"
