are we talking of some sort of rain thing here? y'know akash as in sky, cry as in rain. ok no brain no nothing. riddle killing me.

Akash must have cried when Payal refused him the first time he proposed to her.

But that seems to be a little straighforward answer. Not Wiwy ishtlye. Let me try again.

Akash was crying his heart out at the bachelor's party while trying to see thru the bottle without his glasses and wondering why no one gave him a bachelor's party.
