Loved it. Simple as that. :)
Your OSs are full of life. :)
It is with such simplicity and grace, yet with such unmistakable impact you establish what you want to convey. In this particular one, one can't help but feel warm affection and deep respect for the whole family for their humbleness when they are at the top of the game. An unassuming and inherent humbleness that is a mark of greatness.
Loved the sentence when you said "Dhruv sniggered, knowing that the Hindi word would end up being something else altogether when NK reused it later". Makes one chuckle and leaves us awaiting NK's mangled and yet unerringly hilarious version of the shudh hindi.
As for the comments I missed posting on previous part :
It tugged and pulled the heart strings well and good, and at the end;
"...he gazed up only to come to a stop as he took in the sight before him..they got the shock of their lives as their boss, the ASR, dropped his luggage at the exit and ran,
to lift his wife up in his arms and twirl her once before crushing her to him in a bear-hug. The many 'sorrys' that he whispered and the answering murmurs not heard by anyone but the couple now wrapped up in eachother's arms.." just took the breath away.
Your simple yet profound description of the love a man has for his wife, a woman has for her husband, and the love a family has for its members is truly and tremendously beautiful.
Amazing.
I'd repeat myself and say, your wiritng is a treat, something to relish, in a way reminiscent of how Khushi does her jalebis in your OSs. :)
