Love that Kushi was trtuly a great jewel for the Raizada family and ASR! Does he really love her now, I would like to think so, but he just doesn't know how to handle these emotions. It is easier to hate her, keep her at a distance, be angry rather then to be vulnerable and let her in to his pain, his world.

IMO, i believe he's in love, he may not know the name of it but he knows this is special. When he came home from dropping Khushi off after the Guest house fiasco, he went straight to his room and the way he just wanted to be lost in her thoughts, and then the act of touching his "mark like he was touching her face, i felt he was undeniably in love. some may think its infatuation, but since their pull is so strong that it was love for. Khushi i believe is not fully there yet, she know's she has strong feelings for him that she's so clueless how to handle, it will stay like that till her dhak dhaks (heart beats) begin, even then she thinks its acidity😆 Arnav might not know the word for what he feels or he wouldn't admit it but the way he rescued her at Teej, twice and the way he kept looking at her...its love for me 😊
