your remark on asr being this wonderfully developed and sketched character, who has a mind of his own, and beliefs he wants to live by, is where it's all at i feel in these episodes. finally we are hearing his views on some things. crucial stuff. and how terribly refreshing as you point out, he is not good boy of tv fantasy who does exactly what the elders say, he thinks. he shows respect to his elders but doesn't give up his role in his own life. i adore this character for his different, clear views which he can place before all, and lead his life his way, letting others do things their way.

a true liberal heart. and if i may say, spiritual and conscientious.

i am loving the density and the head on collision with nani we're going toward. two big ones, horns locked, booth strong, both right in their own way. lovely.

oh was missing your drool corner. divine, yes, let's abduct him. 😳 beautiful take on 28. that bit about letting go, as though she trusted him, 👏. yeah, if it's a guy you believe to be despicable, would you sort of let the tension and strain get the better of you with him around? so much happening between the two, and wonderful thing, not too much explained or made obvious, much to interpret. have a feeling the sheer acting prowess of barun and sanaya also added much to the scenes, buffering the written thoughts.

such talent, i felt blessed.

thanks for the walk through emotions and that plot at the bottom. would beat south bombay real estate any day in terms of value. actually, it's priceless.

Episode 29

At the GH, Payal and Buaji still in distress as Khushi lays there unconscious.

"Khushi, aakhen khol na!" (open your eyes KHushi) Payal desperately asks her little sister. Shyam walks in and they complain to him that the doctor hasn't showed up yet. Shyam volunteers to get the Doctor.

Upon Arnav's return to the RM, Anjali and Naani question his wear about after seeing his dusty clothes. "Chotey, kaha gaye the?"

Arnav in no mood to be questioned because his mind is in just as much turmoil(though a differen kind) as it was when he left to rescue Khushi, a very irritated Arnav replied: "Di, PLEASE!"

Anjali notices the injury and immediately orders the first-aid kit.,"yeh chot kaise lagi?"[that's a loaded question Di!] LOL

Arnav remains silent but lost in thought, guilt and concern for Khushi become stronger.

Naani still suspicious that he went to see Lavanya "Anjali is asking you something, why don't you answer?Sab theek to hai na?" (is everything ok?)"

Still silent and his eyes remain lowered, so no one would know what he is feeling [BRILLIANTLY written for his character and BRILLIANTLY directed!!!!]

Anjali messing with the injury brings him out of his thoughts "Di, bas choti si kharoch hai"[so he says]

All he wants is to be alone with his thoughts, thoughts of her, so he grabs the First-Aid kit from his sister as he doesn't want that mark, that reminder to be covered up. He lets everyone know he'll be in his room, "kuchh der akela rehna chahta hoon" (want to be alone for a while)

Naani stops him and asks if he was at Lavanya's, "kya kaha usne? Hamri baat ka gussa aap par utara"

He straightens his lose body, turns around, eyes raised now "Naani, agar mujhe Lavanya ke ya jaana hoga to chhup kar nahi jaaunga. ek emergency thi, iss liye gaya tha" that was ASR confident, straight forward, no hesitations unlike his alter ego Arnav just a moment ago

He leaves to go to his room (um buddy, i think your room is the other way up the stairs?)

Shyam's behavior with the Doctor is very alarming/disturbing.

Arnav walks into his room and puts down the first-aid kit since he had no intention of using it.

Then a painful pleasure, he flinches and looks down at his injury,

...a beautiful reminder of the moments he just had with her, how he held her and how he touched her face...he closes his palm but not his mind

He needs to sit down, he opens his closed palm again and this time he touches the wound as he was touching her face earlier that day...his thoughts completely consumed with only her.

At the GH, the Doc. informs Khushi is fine, exhaustion and shock caused her to faint. Shyam apoligizes to the Dr. for his behavior, things are not adding up with this one. oh no, a seed has been planted in buaji's head

Naani, relentless, call Arnav down again to talk about Lavanya. Arnav tells her he doesn't want to talk right now and and Anjali begs Naani not to push. Naani is fine with that but she lets Arnav know that she only wants what best for him.

"mein jaanta hu naani, par khucch faisle sahi ya ghalat insaan ko khud lene chahiye, kyu ki jaldbaazi meine liye hue faisle kabhi teek nahi hote ." (I know Naani, but a person needs to make some decisions on their own, good or bad. Decisions mad in a hurry are never good)[how i wish he remembered this during a certain crossroads in a few months!]

Anjali: "Chotey hum"

Arnav inturrupts, "Di please, mujhe abhi KHUSHI ke baare mein koi baat nahi karni" leaving everyone puzzled, his eyes lowered right away, and tried to salvage the situation "mera matlab laavanya se that" (i meant to say Lavanya)...

at the GH, Khushi is still asleep, but she can feel his presence, his hand is on her face softly running his finger over her velvet skin...

she jumps "nahi!" mistaking Payals hand for Arnav's, caressing her face. [this means she was somewhat concious while he was really doing that...BRAVO CVs!!]

Buaji and shyam gather around. Khushi asks Payal "how did i get here? i don't remember anything"

"woh laya tha" Payal's words trigger her memories, she noticed the mark...she remembered everything.

seeing khushi's face, Payal got worried, "Khushi, usne khucch ghalti to nahi.."

"nahin jiji," she answered right away before Payals accusation completed.

Payal breathes a sigh of relief. Khushi tells them the whole story.

Hey Buaji! what do you want to do with Arnav Singh Raizada after hearing Khushi's story??😆JUST LOVED HER

"uki itni himmat (how dare he)! treating my daughter like this! hamme itna gussa aa rahi hai,ki hum abhi hua jaayi au uka aisi toos toosa aise maar maarien to zindagi bhar na bhooliye!"

Eentertaining as that was Khushi is not pleased with the idea..Shyam comments she needs to quit working for this man...something inside her doesn't like that idea either.

At the RM, Naani still relentless, "will you forget the famliy for your love?" she tries to bring up his parents and he stops her. Naani apoligizes to both Anjali and Arnav but proceeds regretfully to tell them that "Love" destroys families, marriages and lives. [parents + mariage + lives + destroy=pointing to an affair maybe the reason behind ASR painful past]

Anjali looks at Arnav, she know how much Naani's reminder is killing him

His eyes are watery but his ASR personality still in-tact "Love means nothing to me, i know exactly what i'm doing in each second of my life, jisse aap pyaar kehti hai, uss ehsaas ki meri zindagi mein koi jaga nahi, i only say this because i only trust myself."

"Its easily said than done...you have to leave that girl" orders Naani

Turning away as he is about to disrespect her wishes "mujhe woh kehna hi padega jo aap sun na nahi chahati,mein lavanya ko nahi chodunga, naahi usse shaadi karunga, kyu ki mein shaadi mein vishwas nahi karta, aur apni zindagi vaise hi jeeunga jaise mein chahta hu (i wont leave her and i won't marry her either b/c i don't believ in marriage)

[He knows he doesn't love La, but love was never in the plan as he doesn't believe in marriage, She understood him and that was enough for him. she doesn't deserve to be dumped just because his Naani doesn't like her...never seen a more developed character so diff from the typical "do anything to keep elderly respect" leads. Elders can be wrong, ASR knows his beliefs and values and wont go against them to to keep the elder of the house happy...BRAVO GUL KHAN!!!!]

ASR leaves the family room as Arnav enters his room...totally consumed again, flashes of her run through in his mind as he takes deep breaths (this is a man in LOVE)...she won't get out, why won't she leave? .

That lustful look is slowly turns into anger...anger at himself for constantly worrying about her, for constantly thinking about her, her beauty, her innocence. How can he keep thinking about her when he just told Naani " jisse aap pyaar kehti hai, uss ehsaas ki meri zindagi mein koi jaga nahi" ( love means nothing to me)...In frustration, he slams his closet door, his fist and eyes shut (maybe he thought that will stop it)...

Anjali walks in with a plate of food to check up on her Chotey (little one), she knows he hasn't eaten, and that he was involved in some emergency that left him injured and his clothes dusty , to top it off, naani did not help today despite her pleas to leave her Chotey be until her husband gets here.

"Chotey"..

Arnavs opened his eyes, thankfully he was facing the other way, but he was still afraid she might have seen him in this vulnerable state. "Di, mujhe bhookh nahi hai, please leave me alone for some time" still facing away from her

"arrey aise kaise akela chod den jab ki han jaante hai ki tum pareshaan ho, aur hum yeh bhi jaante hai ki tum kiske baare mein soch rahe ho" (I know you are upset and i know who you're thinking about) Anjali tries to tease him about Lavanya

"Di mien Khsuhi ki baare mein nahi soch raha (I'm not thinking about Khushi!)"

Catching his mistake for the second time, he turns his back to his di as he has to close his eyes.

Dammit! i did it again!😊

"Phir se Khushi? I was talking about Lavanya." She sensed that his "pareshaani" has something to do with Khushi. She knows her Chotey, first anger then tons of regret. She had seen his anger toward Khushi earlier that day, now to find out what he is regretting? "what happened to khushi, can you at least tell me?"

Arnav remains silent...but Anjali knows her way into that mind of his...

"teek hai, tum ziddi ho na, to hum bhi tumhari behen hai, chup chaap khana khao or tell me what happened" Arnav chooses to eat instead...😆

"hum khilaaye?" she takes the plate from Arnav and feeds him, Arnav still lost and unwilling to talk

"sabzi kaisi hai?" she asks

"acchi hai?"

"apne di ke naam pe na sahi, kam se kam is sabzi ke naam pe to bata do ki kya hua hai?" -still silence

"chotey, you trust me don't you?"- still silence

she puts her hand on her shoulder, "Chotey"

Finally, he looks at her like a child that just had the worst day in school. Something very beautiful about the way Anjali can melt ASR...their past was horrific, but would their relationship be so strong had it not been for their past?

His vulnerability and guilt displays in his eyes for his sister, and his words at the tip of his tongue...

Meanwhile a restless Khushi jumps out of sleep again and can't seem to get thoughts of him out either...as he also left a mark on her 😉! Just as buaji is talking with a heavy heart how it pains her to see khushi so quiet ...there is noise in the kitche. One can only guess what this "chatori number 1" might be up to...she did wake up pretty restless

EPISODE 29

Today's epi is all about other players to find the distressed condition of Knight and Queen and the causes of that while Knight and Queen are baffled about what did they play?How did they play? Where did they make mistakes?AND HOW THEY REACH AT THIS SO FAR? Beautiful 20 min of entertainment.👏

Episode starts at GH where Khushi is unconscious and and everyone is worried about her and waiting for Doctor.Shyam is showing extreme concerns mmm interesting.HE goes out for bringing doctor.

In RM Nani and Anjali is worried for Chote and the moment he enters they ask him,Is he OK as his condition is saying something different.He tells them he is fine and ready to move on when Nani wants to discuss the unfinished business and he stops them with his Hand sign.(Family Traditional sign)The moment they see the wound Anjali asks for first aid but he wants to be alone and does not want his Di to take care of this wound or a Sacred Scar.The moment he wants to leave, Nani asks him were you with La?He turns and says ,"If I wanted to meet her, I would" "But he had emergency so he left."

GH Shyam pulling the doctor in ghunda style and threatening him to save Khushi.It sems he cares about her way too much. Something is fishy. GH- The doctor has treated Kushi and Shyam asks his forgiveness, saying he was very worried. Buaji hears this and it gives her a new sense of direction a creepy one '..

In RM ASR is in his room.He stops and looks at the wound which has left a mark in his hand or I say in his brain and heart.The reel of scenes of Guest house start flashing infront of his eyes,her pushing,his holding her wrist, her tears, her falling into his arms,removing her hair, wiping her tears,.in other words every touch of her has left a Sacred Scar in him.Today he is not thinking about anything else but "Khushi" and the moments which he spent with her.Sacred Scar for life for eternity.

He sinks in his bed but still looking at small wound which has left a Mark in his brain and heart.He touches the wound as he is touching her feeling her.The wound indeed has left a deep Sacred Scar in his heart and brain today.Khushi's touch and Khushi's acts has indeed gave him a glimpse of TRUE character of Khushi and through this wound he was feeling guilt of his rash actions towards her (From Sheesh Mahal to guest house)

Arnav goes to Nani as she is not Done.Nani gesticulates him and questions him about what he does not want to talk about?.Anjali begs Nani for not pushing him.She knows her Chote and his Ghusa (anger)Nani softens and tells him she is his Nani and not enemy.She knows what is best for him and his family.ASR retaliates and jets with " Lekin khuch faisle insaan ko khud lene chaiyen , aache Ya burey''Kunke jalad bazi main liye gaya faisley khabi sahi nahi hote"(Some decisions must be made by the individual without thinking about good or bad because hasty decisions are never correct. )What hasty decisions he is talking about?The decision he took to send Khushi in Guest house or the hasty decision down the road has happened before which left a Sacred Scar or a Scar in his life which is making him realize today to reach to this decision that HASTY decisions are always wrong.(CONNECTION-Hasty decision of his parents to commit suicide which left him injured with an open wound and he got scarred for life)

Di insinuates and he responds "Di" "Main Abhi Khushi ke Mutalaq koi baat nahi karna chahta" (I don't want to talk about Khushi right now." ) Everyone get shocked as Khushi's name slips from him.He reticules of what he just said,rolls his eyes and realizes what just happened and mends his words "I mean Lavanya"

Nani interjects "Kia aap apne pyar ki khatir apne parivar ko Bhul jaye"Humka apse isse bhi ziyad zimadari ki umeed rahi hai"Aapke Amma aur Babuji ---(This is not simple you can't leave ur family for your Love.I expected you will be more responsible as compared to your parents.)

Chote interrupted "Nani please" I don't want to talk about it.

Nani,"Chote Anjali hum janat hain aap iss bare main baat karna pasand hani kart hain par sach chupane se chup nahi sakat hai.Yeh pyar naam ka jo shabat hai uka eik hi matlab hai barbadi"(I know you don't like talking about it but truth can't be hidden forever.Love only brings destruction.)

Mamiji rolls her eyes as Nani is talking about her as She is Mamaji's Love.[(Not Now Mamiji Nani is talking about someone else who did destroy marriage,family and may be some one's life.(Connection-Arnav's father who destroyed his family kids and pushed hes wife to suicide in another "woman's love" and then took his life)]

ASR responds ,Nani,"mere liye pyar koi mane nahi rakhta.Iss ehsas ki meri zindagi main koi jaga nahi hai kyuon ke main khud se ziyada kisi par bharosa nahi karta."(I don't believe in love.This emotion has no place in my life because I don't trust any one but me)PAUSE HERE KHUSHI's WORDS "aap ko apne ilawa koi dikhta hi nahi hai"(You just care about anybody but yourself.)Which hurted him like an arrow to his heart today.What a contrast ASR keeping an unseen WALL around him which makes him IMMUNE to these emotions as he thinks but Arnav inside of this WALL is so vulnerable to this beautiful emotion from all sides and gets hurt too if loved one says something or does something to Him.[Connection-Anjali says once "yeh jo arnav singh raizada wala kharoos sa chera laga ke rakha hai na tum ne uske pheche hum upne Chote ko Dekh Sakte hain and mehsoos kar sakte hain.Uski dil ki batain parh bhi sakte hain"( Behind this arrogant face of ASR I can not only see my Arnav my Chote,but also can read his mind and heart too,)]Same as Khushi. Today,Arnav was hurt.HE wanted to touch this emotion but stopped because of this WALL of ASR.( Connection-HE stopped himself abruptly in the moment when he was mesmerizing Khushi's innocence beauty)

Nani responds again "Its easy for you to say that but I know you have chosen a wrong gal for yourself , You have to leave her."

ASR "I am going to say something which you are not going to like at all.I will not leave Lavanya or marry her because I don't believe in marriage.I want to live life my way."There you go Today the family is getting this another round of HURT a Sacred Scar from this roaring Storm which was felt more towards Nani.

He left for his room.Every moment he spent with Khushi was reeling infront of him and causing pain,From rain to Model shoot,from Guest house to Gupta house, all these were hammering his head and nailing his heart to bleed.TODAY Khushi's pain is ASR pain physically ,emotionally and mentally.(They have become one under DM'rule of the game) just beautiful way of reversing the scenes.He gave her Sacred Scar of restlessness in the rain after wearing Red and he got Sacred Scar after taking her to Gupta house after the restlessness of Guest house.JUST WOW!!!!Hats off to the Makers.Pause here,He is longing on her thoughts by closing his fists becoz he is angry at himself that he cannot mend his actions from Sheesh Mahal till now)

Remorse ,contrition ,shame , and guilt was mixing with anguish feelings for one gal who he orders to stay away from him "Khushi" only KHUSHI.He is hurt because he wounded her,MARKED her ,Scarred her with his harsh words.(If He is a cause then He is a healer and same with her too)

Di who knows the "Sacred Scar ",the SCAR of past by which He is who he is now,comes in his room and breaks his distress feelings for Khushi and offers him food.He acts like a "Big Baby" and said,"No I don't want it,"I am not hungry".Just leave me alone for a while."She knows her Chote something is bothering him . She responds,"I know you are upset and I won't leave you and I know who are you thinking about".He reacts,"No.Di, "I am not thinking about Khushi".WOW Second time her name slips.He turns around and baffles about what just he did.His eyes and face disagrees with his painful heart and brain. Di says ,"Again Khushi." "What happened to her."She declares him if you are Stubborn then I am your sister ,"Either you eat or tell me what happened"😛

He takes the food from her and sits to eat.Sweet Di sits besides him and asks him to feed him.He agrees upon her wish.(HER DI IS WORLD TO HIM and the ONLY TRUST BOND he knows and abides by.)She constantly trying softly and gently so he can say what he is not ready for.She asks again but he just remains lost.He is still in between his old and new MARKS of his life and trying to assemble them.Di interrupts his wonderland and asks him about the taste of the vegetables and he says,"yes."Then for the sake of these vegetables tell me what happened."?"Don't you TRUST me."Bam! That one word is enough for him because this TRUST has shattered in million pieces for him in between these "Sacred Scars" of love and hate and now he can't have one for any one but his Di.He turns his puppy face towards his Di, His SUPPORT for life.

On other side GH Khushi while dreaming in her unconsciousness that ASR caressing her hair wakes up startled.Naheen (No) (They feel each other while they are not together just started today and Khushi's dreams always come true.Arnav always caresse her hair and puts them behind her ear.).Payal holds her hand to assure her she is safe.Payal her sister her SUPPORT for life.(Payal and Khushi can do anything for each other)Shyam asks,"Are you Ok."Khushi holds her head and dazed trying to put herself together.Buaji asks her,"Kia Sar main dard ho raha hai" (Is your head hurting?)Khushi turns towards Payal and asks her,"How did I get here.?"She does not remember anything.Payal,"HE brought you here."Guest house incident comes in her mind and she becomes too distressed.She looked at her wrist and becomes more upset.Payal noticed her anxiety and asks her,"Did he misbehaved you."Khushi ,"NO" and then tells the whole story.Khushi got "MARKED" for her life from today.

Shyam gets way too upset and says,"aapko us adami ke office kam par jana hi nahi chahiye.Jab hum sab jantain hain keh who aadmi kaisa hai to"(You must not work with him as WE ALL KNOW WHAT KIND OF PERSON HE IS."Wait a minute how do you know Mr Shyam What kind of person is he? mmm😕Buaji was so hilarious.She just want to rip ASR apart after hearing all this from Khushi.😊

Khushi wakes up from her nightmare and she is remembering all the scenes of Arnav how he saved her and brought to safety from the building to home and that made her restless and distressed.She is closing her fists for longing in Arnav thoughts.The thoughts of concerned, caring,protective, shielder,and above all a person with HEART were disturbing her.She started some feelings towards him.This scene speaks volume.She is mad at herself how could she do that , how could she trust him like that?She does not want to acknowledge as Arnav does not want to acknowledge as They both got MARKED(Sacred Scar) today for eternity.Jai Ho DM ki.

While Shyam is pampering Buaji and then "Bang".The sound comes from the kitchen and they all ran towards it.
