I agree, things had calmed down for a while and all of a sudden this uproar, and all these people confirming and stating things when they didn't need to and everyone should have waited or asked for an official statement both sides have faults but the PH hasn't clarified this situation for a while and it's ridiculous and irresponsible of them that they let this get out of hand

About people protesting, has everyone reached unparalled heights of lunacy? You allow a show, an actor to have this much soft power over you?Disgusting.

About being bored & fatigued. I get you, but then I work 12 hours a day too with 40 kids in a classroom. So yeah, not much sympathy from me. People would give their limbs to be in such a position on TV.

About quitting: Couldn't they have come up with a plan to juggle promotions for the movie & IPKKND. Where there is a will there is a way.

But, it seems neither is present in the PH & actor too.

So be it.

I can get my life back & swtich channels to Madhubala.

@bold: Barun is wrong, totally wrong in my opinion to RES and leave us hanging in there. But so is the PH. And I'm sorry I don't buy any of the Gul-assaulting-Barun-and-forcing-him-to-leave crap. But I believe the PH is wrong because they are LETTING Barun do this again. They should just put their foot down and tell him to leave. REPLACE the character of ASR.

Yes, the Barun Phankis would leave the show that way. Yet the people who watch it for the story, who are willing to stick by Sanaya and the other hardworking actors, will stick by it.

But if they introduce this 'new man' in Khushi's life- they will lose all those who watch it for ArHi love story. And believe me, even if they wish to continue it then, it will be axed. Barun Phankis who will wait at the mandap for their idol for 11/28/40/45 days again won't be able to save the show.
