Sheetal's dialogue Farakh nahi padta - she told it in a stressed way ... i feel probably in the past (well we know it) arnav was like Mujhe farakh nahin padta hain... so in the past he must have been like this with sheetal and broke up ... and now sheetal might be taking revenge by trying to make him realise kaisa farakh padta hain jab the one whom u love leave u ...

well this is my one angle of thot...

May be.. but for this to be True.. Arnav would have been like ASR when he interacted with Sheetal.. but Cvs ruled that out when they showed him playing basket ball and lettiing her win..
