Khushi as a character has not really evolved in the show even if it has it flips to much

comedy & sudden maturity is a turn off

the costume is also a turn off

in SPA it was star plus costume so it was a bonus for us - the sari was drop dead mmuuaaahh

awards are not given to the actor i think its given to the character & the way it connects with the audience

yes Khushi is a very connectable character even more than ASR / Anjali (no debating about this now - no energy left after my own thread) but but but but the connection is out of putting ourselves in her shoes not because Khushi is being portrayed like that

some where down the line i will say the "bro - sis" bond is the main reason i feel Sanaya does not get awards

I completely agree with you. Last night I was very, very happy for Barun but at the same time very, very sad that Sanaya didn't win.

However, we should not compare the two in any way. Barun is completely deserving in his category. Sanaya is completely deserving in her category but sadly it comes down to people's mentality and stereotype about female lead characters.

I think Khushi has been an unique character, but if only cvs handled the show a bit sensitively during the contract marriage track, maybe she would have won too. Whether Sanaya wins or not, she is winner for me.
