First of all why do people project their personal life on to a show... i cant understand?? Now they are projecting personal morals to characters.

And its shocking that people have been delusional that Arnav hasnt done it before and they watched the show for a yr?? He brought Lavanya home to live with him in his room... Nani fought that and so Lavanya had to shit to the guest room. This is an Indian telly show.. they wont show constant bedroom scenes and just because they didnt show them doing it doesnt mean it didnt happen.
I mean shows that promos shoot in dramatic way to show love making scene... its that hyped so obviously its not going to be shown constantly!! Its like we didnt see it so it didnt happen!

Arnav has gone through a huge metamorphasis because and for Khushi, so it's clear evidence that he had a past that needed to be changed. Why are we finding ir shocking to believe that Arnav had past relationships and how can the physicality of them affect his present relationship with Khushi?
