Maybe the girl was really being his date sometime in the past.. and she is a single mother for this boy...

She had a one side love for ASR and had brought up her son like him... But the boy necessarily need not be his son... and Arnav's guilt that it could be his son is going to create a lot of drama... He would wish he could turn time back and undo the worng he did then...and with Kushi's outlook at such child outside marraige and she will start doing naukanti saying that he should divorce her and get married to this lady for the boy's sake and all that.. and finally it will end when the lady herself says the boy is not his!
