why does NK have so much screen time/bigger role than ASR these days?

Firstly,i don;t think so its related to Barun's leaving or not leaving because that is something effective after 2-3 months.

But in present Barun is very much in show.Its only we IF people knows that there is some discussion going but what about rest of the world who all are watching.IF is not even close to the whole population who watches this show.

If CV wanted they could have easily given ASR some dialogues defending Khushi...

We audience have nothing to do with whats going backstage...we are more concern for today...

CVs have gradually butchered all the characters...Khushi..the strong -chirpy lady who hardly was shown shedding tears...

Anjali who was shown as a motherly figure for Arnav and so caring for Khushi not even once thought in her flashback today that how much Shyam has hurted them...only her miscarriage was shown...

and now ASR

CVs may be suffering from amnesia but we audience are not.

Well I am disappointed with the episode bcos none of the tortures khushi faced came in the open... but as far as ASR is concerned I dont think he needed to say anything today... well Shyam did malign Khushi but it was clear to everybody that he's lying... and he maligned both of them... so to me defending Khushi bcos of shyam's words was not required...

well I was dejected on the day when Khushi was insulted by Shyam and ASR was standing like a statue... that day Khushi needed him badly... but today Khushi is in a much stronger position...

So today was indeed Anjali's day...

No offence friend... just taking part in the discussion...

I always knew Arnav will not be part of the skit as he cannot act. And somebody had to be there to support his Di, so who better than him? But what I cannot accept is that the mighty ASR cannot even think of calling the police which NK did. Why was he repeating the same mistake as before? Did he think, just throw Shyam out & everything will be fine?
Thats what pains me that the CVs are assassinating the one character which was till now safe from their hands. About Khushi, they had already done that when she brought in Shyam, which till now I am unable to digest

When ASR threw Shyam out the first time...without informing the police..that was enough character assassination...

Khushi is a typical SP vahoo now..and it hurts..

ASR is now a SP dikra..and this hurts!!

Once IPK earned decent trp's without succumbing to character assassinations..

Sad..that is gone now!!

But I needed some expressions from a possessive husband..That is all!!That would have made the situation realistic!!

Another example of CV's inconsistency

I do not know if any one noticed in todays episode Anjali told to Shyam that all evidences were against him still she believed him...

and last monday or tuesday Khushi was saying they did not have any evidence last time..

m pretty confused in this...

may be i am wrong also..not sure

Red - This hurts big time, Sam & seeing all top SP shows, looks like it is going to hurt still more where the SP dikras have no better business rather than standing behind SP bahus who manage to solve all problems of the world.

Sadly, now that IPK has fallen into the TRP trap, doubt ASR will be revived now.

Sammy, tell me honestly, if you had seen some reaction from him like tightening of the fist or something similar, would you have been happy? At that point, wouldn't you have said "what's the use of that? He ultimately did not say anything in front of anyone". Would you have been happy with anything less than him shouting at Shyam? If yes, then of course my argument is moot. But if no, do you see that shouting wouldn't have served its purpose today?

Harshitha, not all ASR fans are blind. =)

We will defend him when we think his right from his point of view and admit when his wrong.

The whole point is to understand them from their perspective but what can you do when the writers of the show don't pay attention to such important things and just make the character look spineless.

I started watching ipk coz of Him & Arhi chemistry .I love such male characters & few weeks back i proudly told my friend that i have never seen a SP hero taking stand in the way like ASR did against Dadi.He is definitely the most strongest male character on indian tv and now look :| what cvs are doing .they are making him a typical soap hero i did not watch last week episodes was just reading WU.Because i wanted a logical and interesting track.I wanted Shyam vs ASR but got Khushi vs Shyam.I am not against khushi i love her.But in my opinion arnav using his brain track could have been better.
anyway i am Happy that this track is working for Trp audience
