What an episode, I am still reeling from what I saw. Now this is how you finish the week with a bang!! Episode starts with Payal explaining to Khushi about what really goes on at a bachelor party and it does not take long to ignite jealousy in Khushi who takes action!
Like expected Khushi and Payal crash the bachelor party, both sisters confront NK and Akash who are drunk out of their minds. I found this scene incredibly cute, I've never seen this side to Payal and Akash and it was adorable to watch! CVs seriously need to give these two more airtime as a couple, hoping with the upcoming track they do just that.
So NK is left alone with a furious Khushi who is disappointed in him, she immediately searches for Arnav and is given the impression he's with another woman. Khushi storms in searching for the other woman only to find out she'd been set up and now she has to be punished. He whispers something in her ear, Khushi says she can't do it so he backs off only to get a pleasant surprise!
I thought Khushi looked stunning in her black sari and her seductive dance KKGSR style was a scene that should not be missed. Honestly, I enjoyed this version way better than the original! Another score for IPK! Khushi and Arnav end up falling on the bed where Khushi finally claims her haq on Arnav, no other woman should dare impose on that for she won't tolerate it. Seeing this side of Khushi only brings a smile to Arnav who continues to fall more and more for this girl everyday
The next scene, as soon as I saw the projector I figured he would show her the stars. What a beautiful scene this was where they spoke about their mothers as stars and their telepathy conversation. Khushi knows that this is true love, that even one tear is enough to pierce his heart. They've finally reached that point where they understand each other so well, no words needed. Loved it!
So did they or didn't they?? For me, this was their suhaag raat for it couldn't have been more in character for both who have always been the in the moment type of couple. The scene came off perfectly natural, nothing forced, nothing fancy, just two people in love and giving into the moment. Hats off to Barun and Sanaya and the IPK crew for such a scene, very well shot with each moment captured beautifully!
So tonight's epi gave a hint of what's to come, when Arnav asked Khushi to promise she would never leave for he can't live without her she did not answer, only responded by kissing away his tears. Khushi will leave Arnav but not because she does not love him, it will be because of what Dadi tells her. Arnav who most likely went for his now famous thinking drives will return home to find his bride gone, but where will she go? Mandir to talk to DM or the home Arnav showed her to talk to his mom? A drama filled week awaits us but shockingly, I'm looking forward to how it all unfolds. It is like NK said, distance will only increase their love. Arnav will get Khushi back.
