2. Lavanya was teasing Khushi, when Shyam called Khushi ,

3. When they went to GH for Akash's Roka, Khushi was banging the door calling out to Shyam

right forgot the third one...she said "shaym ji" a few times...Arnav defo heard her and was looking mad at the prspect of meeting khushi's fiance..😆

Now that you mentioned it I think I remember the last one. First two instances are hazy, I wasn't a regular back then...

In defense of ASR though that he didn't made much of it is understandable. Many men are named Shyam...and after terrace scene it wouldn't be farfetched for him to think that Khushi was sad that day and broke her alliance with her fiance because Shyam refused to divorce Anji but I digress here
