The sad part of this forum is some members are allergic to criticism. For example, the moment somebody criticize ASR, his fans get all worked up and label the TM as ASR hater and question your loyalty as a fan. Several other threads are opened to demand people to stop questioning the character as a result. Does being a fan means you are limited to share your honest opinion? Is this a discussion forum or a war battle?

I wish people grew up and realized that nobody can praise anybody 24/7 despite being fans

It is also with those who are blatant supporters of Barun Sobti and are asked to 'Moderate' threads that are against him. Is it any wonder no such threads are tolerated?

DT and MODS - this is not 'bashing' you (to use your own term). It is simply an observation that can be backed up with factual proof if required.

Great post dear!

There this mentality here..if you have a matching views with member than your doing constructive criticism.And if others views appear blunt to your perception than its bashing..and spreading..negativity.

The problem comes when the views are questioned and justification begins..and ends when the topic gets closed. 😆

There is no 'Healthy' discussion in this its al Reality fights in fiction World.May be you wil find one or two good threads in 1000 pages in the over al 6k+ pages of forum.That to now the posibility is distinct.Best to stick to FF/sS/OS.

I have recently stopped posting in the IPK forum as some members do take things way too seriously, to the point where they start stalking members who dont worship the earth Barun walks on and report every single post they make.

Yes that is the truth of the internet world, targeted stalking & reporting is absolutely acceptable behaviour.

With regards to the usage of the word bashing, changes need to happen top-down, right from the language of the moderators in the forum. Almost every mod note accopanies the word Bashing. Mods either need to stop using the word, or explain the definition of bashing.

Dont people realise that ASR is a ficticious character not a real one. I appreciate when topics are closed when Barun or his personal life is involved, but for God Sake are we saying we cannot even criticise or analyse a ficticious character.

Are we so obsessed with the show and its characters that we cant see the differentiation between reality & fiction?

Anyhow Im glad you opened this topic, a lot of things need to change in the forum.

If they dont I think the mods should rename the forum as IPK fan club or BS fan club, bas. Then we can all stop pretending that this forum welcomes different points of views.

Mods need to chalk out the difference between healthy discussion among sane people and the unhealthy obsession which some girls have .
