They can use dadi for many things to initiate remarriage...bring out the kadvi sach of the past. Because once Arnav and Khushi becomes one then will come the real testing time for both because it needs understanding and love. So lets see and i really dont think OTT will even show its head here.

Wouldn't the name trigger the memory? Shyam Manohar Jha; the family name and the first name? Wouldn't she want to see him or know about his family?

See that's why I'm assuming Daadi has a huge role to play...She would be the one to bring past into the picture which will be accelerated by Shyam..I dunno..We might have Chachaji too..Whatever..We have an interesting track ahead...Just keeping my fingers crossed for better execution!!
