My take is, she lied or omitted because of circumstances -- this is actually like a hungry kid stealing a loaf of bread!

She has never had a secure environment since they started showing this series. In every situation, she has been lying to protect someone else! Every single time she lied someone was protected like you pointed out but her life became hell. This is exactly who she is -- a pure person.

So, I wouldnt worry about the lies. Like you (you said it in other posts) my focus now is to get to a day when she fills enough sense in Arnav to make him see who she is and make the guy learn to build "human relationships"! At least with her.

yes, Khushi is as difficult to figure as ASR .. in fact, most of the ppl in here are difficult to read and please lol

Aside from this .. i completely agree with your last two lies .. she needs to face the truth about her own feeling too. How can she live without ASR when all she can think of is his safety ... she can't even handle seeing him hurting himself by the door .. so how can she stays away .. Poor Khushi for loving ASR and poor ASR for not knowing what to do correctly T_T

I am seeing the posts about complexity of Khushi -- I think slightly differently like I said before.

She is simple -- think what is good for others and do whatever it takes to see people happy. There is nothing twisted about it. She could be DEEP but not complex is my take!

Complexity is if she actually did some manipulative things or had several different motives and wanted to achieve all these goals etc.

As always, you throw these things out there that are fun to talk about and argue about!!!

Hey Rima, valid points. A lie is a lie at the end of the day. Here's a different something to think about. But do you really think, khushi's is a complex character? I think she is simple, and as with all things simple, you will struggle to cope with things that are not. As she is finding out, the world is so different to what she perceives it to be. The people are all not like her, and neither do they share her sense of overall optimism...and now as she is realizing the realities she finds herself unable to make sense of things...except lie and hide because underneath everything she is not capable of manipulating others or situations to her liking thus Leaving her with the easiest form of escape, no wonder they are rarely well thought out! I'd like to think the twisted jalebis is the world that she constantly struggles to fit in because she is simple at heart...and in fact too simple to survive in this world...her best intentions are simply that simple...and perhaps naive. Why else would she agree to get into a contract.marriage at that point, if she was complex?

but somehow i never found her as complex as ASR or anjali, rather i understand her much better then arnav & anjali

arnav is the only person who can get through her & make her face her feelings
but the method in use currently is going to break her even more

harshu I am with you I miss the old Khushi too and I hate this sacrificing angel thing of hers
