Hey bindu! Thanks for the post! But i have been wondering and have even checked google for an answer lol According to what i found only a handful (around 15000) houses have trp meter reader! So all this trp rating is pointless. India's population is in billions!! And what about international viewers?? There is no accuracy in this trp rating and it does not even reflect a true picture (Only my opinion).

But im glad u pointed out the number of times IPKKND is shown and the timing importance.. It shows that ipkknd is really at the top :)

I have little idea about how TRPs work. Thanks for your encouraging post. Wish the large number of IF posts could contribute towards TRPs.

I don't know how this works. High numbers is the goal I assume but you seem to understand what you're talking about! Awesome HOWEVER Child Bride show still has 4.something something trps...

NO other serials in any channel is shown 3 times in these peak hours. Star Plus knows it has a winner on hand.

Its wednesday morning and the first thing i did was open the IF. I was really thrilled with the response i got. This is more than the response I got when I had posted that our CVS were Science Graduate ( during Shyam's murder attempts).

Ofocurse the revenue is counted since there are ads in the breaks. every second with advt is counted as revenue for the channel. They do not give do many promos since that eats up into their advt. revenue time.
