Khushi has left Shanitvan and bloody her reasons for doing to don't even make coherent sense to her or DM. I mean it'd shoddy writing when the leave open ended dialogues ... that tells how little thought has put into it.
They want to show conflict but they have little substance and then they throw in random moments of romance which seems half baked because in the initial conflict part was a joke anyway.

In the beginning, this show appeared to be so rich and detailed as well as shot beautifully with a few editing hiccups here and there but now it's just tumbling down with a few glimmers of hope (like yesterday...) - Plus all the cast look tired and haggard.. it's that or even the avid fans are losing interest. Where is that originality?

If the writers of OS/SS/FFs are losing inspiration then it is time for 4Lions to start getting inspiration from the work here on IF - I just don't get it, the CVs get paid for the rubbish shown in the episodes when there are people here who deserve what ever amount of money 4Lions throws their way.

Apart from lack of story, due to major Self-Cockblocking.. they have no VISION. How can you write a story with substance and growth, without AN IOTA of VISION.

This is why, FFs/OSs/SSs from IF rock. they have a vision of who their characters are, their plot/story and their AUDIENCE.

Take a look at Arnav-Anjali-venturing into the Freudian and then simply backing off with a " Khushi doesnt matter, YOU do" No VISION.

This has happened before: The elephant in the room gets ignored and kaamedy goes on.

I'm so glad someone(ahem, you) had the audacity to take my feelings and put it in words... I am ashamed actually, yet very much in love with the show. I mean there is a whole past that needs to be revealed before all the unnecessary dramas, and I bet the viewers have noticed it as well. Clearly shows on the drop to 2.8 TRP for last week from a 3.6+ ratings the weeks prior. IF might only amount to 2% of the total fans of IPKKND (as per the records of our very own ABBY_JERAN), but surely we are conversing through mass media, so our voices will be heard louder. Complaining behind the black box will not make any difference. So CVs should be compelled to look the website to see such changes. I am seeing a lot of changes in this forum, WHERE ARE THE FANFICS??? WHERE IS THE INSPIRATION? Most of the writers, and our regular readers are slowly walking away... why? Using excuses and bashing fans on twitter (eg. gautam hedge), does not help the TRPS! He should be sacked for how he presented himself with the fans. The show needs a good intervention, someone who can bring out the past, just so they can move to the future. After all, they say, our past shapes our future... Arnav jumping on Khushi's bones this quickly, does not suit well with me. And for her to forgive and forget his behavior and acts towards her, that too in a span of 3 days... what is she made out of gold? I need that sizzling 'ahh!!!! i can't wait for the next episode' moment, that mind blowing twist and turns, and those heart wrenching, tearful scenes back... I miss those days. Everything is gloomy in the forum now. Although the show is showing positivity, we're always on our toes waiting for another mishap to occur. where is that excitement?

I really don't know whether this has anything to do with our inspiration but I agree with you that yes, it been months since I last wrote an OS. So maybe you are right.

I don't feel like writing any OS connected to the main story. I prefer creating my own stories these days. :(

I thought I was the only one and it was due to my hectic life.

The bit enlarged in bold: I totally agree. I had several stories going, two of which were similar to the actual show and the rest which were totally different and only used the characters but thrust into completely different scenarios and lives...

I have had to discontinue the two which were linked to the show as every time I even attempt to write anything for them I get a massive, Britain's Got Talent style:

Thanks ... got it ... well it seems they have dropped the anjali being the aba mein haddi, (quoting Phan girls) storyline ... now its all hunky dory in Raizaada land ... except khushi decide to throw an absolute googly and ran out when everything apparently settled down ... for no rhyme or reason

I love anti-heros ... tortured heros ... (who doesn't!) ... and you know the most satisfying part of the novel - when they fall in love, when they realise they are in love, when they confess their love ... i actually have tears streaming down like a leaking tap ... You wouldn't think they actually could mess that up - but they did ...

if there was a golden kela award for messing something gr8, they would get it ... hands down

You are totally correct Navin.

When people don't care enough to invest any time or draw inspiration, the connection is lost. This PH, CV and channel combination don't get the audience at all.

What happened to both their mysterious pasts ? ... wasn't there one initial promo about how will arnav react when he finds out that khushi is behind his suffering ???

the only thing mysterious about their pasts/presents/and maybe futures is Khushi's age.

everything else is out in the open.
