Don't say she's not bothered! She must be busy researching on the fruit, and other things! Pretty sure when she gets the chance she will reply, but don't say that! It must be a very emotional and a hard time for her.
@TM: I sincerely hope and pray that your family member recovers quickly and safely! I can't even imagine what you are going through!
Hope that you find the information you are looking for! :)

SmileAway, thanks for the good wishes and prayers! No worries about molten-lava, she only meant to help, and it is all good.😃

I'm grateful to you all.

I'm just somehow trying to conjure up this fruit, from thin air, if needed. Someone is couriering the dried leaves to us as we speak, from Indonesia👏 (!)...but courier companies won't take fruit shipments

When is a good season to produce it? Can you tell me where should someone go in Kerala to get it?

Thanks again to everyone. I'm getting varied answers as to the season this fruit is available in-- some say May to August, others Oct to December. We'll try to get the fruit..now that I know, thanks to you all, what fruit it is.

But other than the fruit, the leaf is also very effective against cancer-- so we're now trying to locate trees. The patient lives in the south of India, (though we originally hail from the north)- so it might be possible to treat with soursop-leaf tea, if only we can find soursop trees somewhere in Kerala, preferably near Cochin, or in Karnataka, near Coimbatore.

Anybody who can tell me where to find these trees (hilarious request, I know, but then I'm desperate!) please dm me or answer on this thread.
