Knowing Khushi and her upbringing, where she terms herself as "hum" she will never call him Arnav. Maybe in some romantic moments if at all ASR himself asks her to call him Arnav.. she might. But he will always be "Arnavji" for her.

On a more lighter note she will at the most, give her cheeky smile and call him "Laad Governor" along with that typical Khushi twinkle in her eyes!😍 hoy, hoy, oy hoy hoy hoy hoy. 😳

Arnav ji and only Arnav ji...i love the way Khushi said Arnav ji...or phir ji mein Khushi ka pyar jhalakta hai...she should keep saying Arnav ji

its a two sided thing really .. the ji kind of creates a little distance between the two of them but at the end of the day arnav is arnav singh raizada and the 'ji' portrays a sense of respect which his character almost requires but khushi could do with an alternative..something that sounds personal but still respectful..
