I think Khushi should start calling Arnav, 'Arnav' and drop the 'Ji'

yeah right...i would love it if arnav just tells her to call him arnav and cut the ji, arnav is a beautiful name but with the ji it sounds like some old man...lol

i am okay with both arnav and arnav ji but she should call him arnav to match up with him, i mean he always calls her khushi and to surprise him she should call him arnav and i am sure arnav will like it!!
