confusing precap?

Hey guys I have a questions...is it jsut me or did anyone else find the precap a little bit confusing..I really did not understand a single scene..who was the person in the chair? his black shoes were shown and the dhaga on his hand...

can someone pls explain it to me? thnks in advance

The kidnapper is definitely Shyam .. Unless the CVs have something else up their sleeve.. Basically they're trying to harass our Arnav😭 and Shyam like a real Gaddha is watching away to glory😡 so wanna kill creepwa!!!

cv's thinks we are dumb and stupid,that we can't recgnise the creepwaa,we if memembers do have very sharp eyes,but he is complety visible come on cv's
