agree with you , i dont know if the story is of a strong kushi , or a equaIIy insecure kushi , at times they show as if she is trying to hide her insecurities behind her siIIy pranks , at time it seems Iike she is reaIIy strong ,
she makes extra effort t be wanted whether with her famiIy or his , resuIting in this misconception that she is strong , i think she is equaIIy insecure cos of her parents and this unusuaI marriage and uncertainty associated with it
so even if she forgives him for aII what he did ,in a way heIping him overcome his insecurities[after the kidnap track if he doesnt then god heIp him and the writers] , i think shouId be his turn to heIp her overcome her's
My take is -- the story is of a strong Khushi! I wouldnt take her situation with her parents as an insecurity really -- it is a sad thing for a girl to lose both parents when young -- she compensates because of that -- some of the lines from Bua make it clear that the girl is lucky to have this family take her in -- so this is not a flaw in her -- it is her strength that allows her to overcome this loss. Yes one way of looking at it is -- she takes more crap because she thinks she needs these people but, I think they showedthis very nicely -- it is part of her culture to think of others -- good person.
Yes the one thing her man can make her feel is the fact that she is now completely secure and loved beyond her wildest expectations -- she is a part of the guy. That is a part of his redemption -- it takes time!
