Agree with every sentence he wrote. It's so easy for fans to criticize but not realize the amount of work the whole freaking team puts in (not just the actors) to make an episode happen. Maybe if fans were in their shoes, they would understand better. I constantly see posts in this forum, bashing CV's and the tracks they do, but like Gautam said...they have to work around so many different factors. The fact they are moving the storyline ATM in such a brilliant manner, WITH A MAIN LEAD being absent, is truly outstanding! Kudos to them for all the hard work they put in to making this show even more special for us. Cause truth is if it weren't for them, we wouldn't have this show. They love it as much as we do-no matter how much fans may accuse them of not loving it as much.

Please spare me the nonsense.

With all due respect do you think that by teaming up with the lighting crew and the spot boys we are going to feel even more sorry for you? Being a writer on a show is a thankless job. Okay we get it.

Now, please do your job.

Fix your flawed characterizations

Write the damn back-story we have been begging you to write

write consistent regional dialogues for the leads

figure out what you are going to do after MU gets cleared

Use the ideas that Gul asked for, lock yourself in a room and write a plot

Then write a story, meaning take your plot add mood, dialogue, shades, characterizations etc

Stop the stupid comedy and OTT

Finally in the time you spent writing this, you could have have written a scene or two. Stop looking for pity and write a story that is worthy of your actors, lighting crew, editing team, etc

CVs- Take note. This is nothing personal against you. Please.

As a writer of a popular show, you know you will have to learn to take accolades and brickbats. Let me ask you a question.

Pick the name of the latest Oscar winning Hollywood movie you loved, I mean absolutely loved. Tell me the name of the actors - Good you know them

Now tell me who the writer of the story was or the editor or the screenplay writer or the make-up man or the DOP or the music director was? No? See my point?

The popular accolades go to the faces that bring the show to public. And the critical accolades certainly go to the writers who make the show hum.

Besides, if you are forming your opinion based on the feedback from this forum, let me tell you right now - you are subjecting yourself to serious serious serious MISUNDERSTANDING - No I am not Joking. You are subjecting yourself to what in Cognitive Psychology they call is Adverse Selection bias (google it)

Basically, in this forum you can TRASH the CVs and get away with it, but if you DARE say a word against the leads Barun or Sanaya, your topic will be closed, your warning level raised and worst, you will be forever banned. So people take out their frustration by trashing the CVs, you know - Dil Ki Bhadas nikalna. Ask poor Shyam aka Abhaas Mehta how many brickbats that poor guy receives from this forum on a daily basis.

So my sincere advise to you. Stop worrying about what this forum says about CVs.Instead take the good ideas this forum generates, use them to your advantage and worry about the TRPs.

okay firstly thanks for giving us such are remarkable show ! we love it to bits . we got ot knw abt barun and sanaya thru ipkknd thru arnav and khushi and now they have surely become our addiction but at the same time we dooo appreciate yr efforts cuz arhi is your creation NOT ours , you have brought such a fabs couple with awesome track infornt of us and we love it to bits .

just a thought please please focus a bit more on story lines we knw barun's busy with film too but try to shoot barun sanaya's scenes and try to bring him back to the show asap , IPKKND is nthg with out the leads !

another request when these silly rumors come on face please post in a message to sooth people , had you guys written to the fans the day barun's leave news came and sbs made a moutian out of a molehill we expected GUL or any one to come and assure fans .So that these -ve talks could have end then and there but no one did and things did go out of hand !

for future please make sure to connect to yr audience on happy notes too.. and promote the show nicely !

rest we r sure ipkknd is gona be back with a bang in top 3 sooon Insha-Allah ... every show has ups n downs , we r gona come back with 4+trps soon insha-Allah ...we love the show and we love SaRun/Arhi !

P.S end this MU and show us romance between arnav and khushi !

You of all people should know that the opposite of love is not hate, it is indifference.

So if the fans are sending you hate mail and bashing posts, try to look for the emotion behind it.

Yes, this is entertainment. Yes, this is not Satyameva Jayate (which you don't need to sell to us. We are all very mature people here. Do not judge us when you don't know what motivates us)

Your point about facing the flak and losing out all the praise to the leads is well taken but despite what you think, we do not believe that Barun and Sanaya are creating the magic that this show is all by themselves. BUT they are the face of the show. And THIS is the nature of your business. What fan following does Ashutosh Gowariker have when compared to Aamir Khan, what fan following does Yash Chopra have when compared to Shah Rukh Khan, what fan following does Milan Luthria have when compared to Vidya Balan. You know your business better than we do. Yet you crib that WE don't understand?

Of course we don't understand, Mr. Hegde. Because that is not our job.

I don't buy the pack of chips that doesn't taste good. I even rant about it if it really spoils the taste in my mouth. Does that mean that the team that went behind making those chips and bringing them to the market has worked any less?

You have your answer, Mr. Hegde.

Hard work and troubles you have to go through is no excuse for a bad product. Especially one that has been great in the past and has the potential to be nothing like any other on offer.

And I am a professional who also faces the same issues as you do.

I always thought the CVs of this show are brilliant! This is the only hindi show I have ever watched and I just love it! Not just for the leads, also for the storyline and its treatment.

But, right now all the rumors and uncertainties surrounding the show are really hurting it. Why isn't the PH just coming forward and clearing the air?

Also, I don't know how committed the actors are to the show. If they are not planning to continue after six months or so, then please wrap up the show as beautifully as you can before it becomes a complete mess. I would much rather hold on to the magic ipkknd has created in our lives, even though for a short span of one and a half year, compared to continue it for 2/3 years more with different leads.

Again, thank you for a wonderful show. Just love it!

and you are worried about what we think of you? ahem, priorities, priorities. you should worry about what we think of the story...harsh? nah! just ground realities.
