Just when Khushi started to weave a tangled web of deception and perception, the delicate line between trust and mistrust started getting blurry.
Today saw the most confusing behavior of Khushi.. swinging between deception and loyalty... between trust and mistrust.. between truth and lies...between innocence and manipulation... Today saw the introspective behavior of ASR... his readiness to accept his wrong doing to someone else than himself...
Anjali takes out the money Khushi asked for and puts it in the hands of Khushi with a smile. Khushi thanks her. Anjali then informs and invites Khushi to the grand worship - maha pooja - at the temple in the evening. Khushi says that she will be go there after she hands the money over...
Persistence: He knows his persistence pays off: From there Khushi goes and meets a guy in the middle of the street - hands him the money and asks for Arnav's fake signatures, by hook or by crook. Promises him remaining money once the job is done. She turns around to leave and freezes on the spot to see Shyam watching her intently. In brief moment, she pretends that she has not seen him and runs home. Shyam follows her closely to home. As soon as Khushi enters the house, Shyam follows her in closely behind her. In the middle of the hallway, Shyam grabs Khushi's arm forcibly..she struggles to free it without any success. Shrewd Shyam says, "Where are you running to, Khushi ji? And.. what do I see, you look very scared!" Khushi scared, cannot say a thing, Shyam asked her in a very authoritative voice, "OK, at least tell me who that guy was!" His face full of rage.. Khushi pretends, "Guy? Which guy?.. I don't know what you are talking about!" Khushi tries to escape. Shyam obstructs her path swiftly and says, "I won't let you get away so easily! And I will find out what you were talking about with that guy!" Khushi misses first point by saying, "It's none of your business!" Shyam is not the one she should be playing games with! He tells her confidently, "It IS my business! Of Course, it is my business! I have heard all of it, Khushi ji!" He gives her a challenging look, Khushi asks him angrily, 'What? What did you hear?" "I asked you the question first!" Shyam yells at her, "Who was that guy?' "Move away! I do not need to answer you!" Khushi says with a vengeance, pushes Shyam physically aside and tries to leave.. Shyam says loudly, "This is only half the amount! You will get rest of it when the job is done!" Stunned Khushi turns around as Shyam shows a winning smile! Round two also goes to Shyam! "So, Khushi ji, did you not say this just a while ago?.. What could be so important that you had to ask for so much money to Rani Sahiba?... That guy did not look like he belonged to any school! And as far as I remember, there is no school close buy to Bauji's house!" Shyam says confidently with a rage and a shrewd smile. " I am correct, right, Khushi ji?" he rubs it in. Khushi initially stunned, then collects herself and tries to protest, "No.. I.." "Listen, Khushi ji! I have seen it all! So, it is only better if you tell me the truth..otherwise.." Khushi cuts Shyam off, "Otherwise what? What will you do? Are you trying to threaten me?" she yells back. Shyam straight gets to the point, "Why do you need Arnav's signatures?" Khushi tries to leave again, Shyam obstructs her path again, "Tell me!" "I don't have to tell you anything!" Khushi yells back. "What's cooking in your mind, Khushi ji? What are you up to?" screams Shyam. "I said, move out of my way! I don't want to talk to you!" Khushi tries to leave, Shyam grabs her and pulls her back... warns her, "No! Not till you have told me the truth!"
The Tangled Web She Weaves: Khushi gives in.."OK! You want the truth..here it is..I want Arnav ji's signatures!" "Why?" "Beacuse. I want it all - his money..his house.. his business.. everything! Every piece of it!" Stunned Shyam asks, 'Why?" "Beacause..I want to destroy him! Make him weak.. make him crippled..I want to see him suffer! " then Khushi goes on to say, "He destroyed me! Destroyed my family! I lost my dignity in front of them! Now it is time that he pays for each and everything! I am tired of these insults! I am tired of repeated punishments.. particularly when I did nothing wrong! Now the time has come to settle the score! Everything was going right..as planned..but then he had to be kidnapped... made all my efforts worthless!" Surprised, Shyam asks, "What? Saale Sahaab.. how did he get kidnapped?" "I don't know! I do not even know what I should do!" Khushi says..."I cannot tell this to anyone at home! I don't know what those people want! Whoever it is.. I just know that I have to bring Arnav ji home so that I succeed and achieve my goal!" Khush says. Shyam thinks for a moment and then says with a cunning smile, "I did not know that's how you felt! I thought that there was only one villain in your life.. and that was me!" "Both of you! I hate both of you! You deceived me..and he never tried to understand me! Just threatened me into a marriage! Destroyed me! Enough is enough! Now I just want one thing.. REVENGE!" Khushi leaves and takes the stairs.. Shyam thrown into deep thoughts..

Let me first apologize for being negative...OK, I will admit it! Normally I write author's note to appreciate the CVs or respective member of the team.. this time I am writing this note to point out what all the readers want to say and do not have to pretend that they just should swallow it and go with the flow.. so I will speak up for all of us... It was very powerful showdown between Shyam and Khushi .. great acting.. but that's where it ends.. because..it was flawed big time! First thing.. just Shyam and Khushi in the house.. standing in the middle of the hallway screaming loudly at each other without even making sure that there was no one around.. If Khushi could scream all of the truth as well as lies so well now, why does she not do it in front of all appropriate people so that actually gains more support to bring Arnav home.. Challenging your enemy without understanding their power is a path to self destruction.. but here, it is Arnav's life at stake.. If Khushi really loves Arnav as much as she thinks... this is utterly senseless move.. I am sure that CVs have planned some escape. but think about the facts - 1. Khushi does not remember well what she told Shyam under bhang's influence.. but just now she told him all the truth behind her marriage! 2. Just now she told Shyam that Arnav is kidnapped..and Shyam pretended that he just found out! 3. Khushi is the one who said loudly that she wants to destroy Arnav and wants to rob him off everything he has..4. Only thing that Shyam blurted out was that there is no school close buy to Bauiji's house.. which technically he should not know but can be easily found out. 5. Khushi screamed loudly that Shyam deceived her.. instead she should have said that he deceived Anjali and still is.. " All that conversation seemed bizzare...Even if Khushi is doing all this to get Arnav back - it is not justified. If Nanhe is involved in this plan then now he knows all of the secrets of Khushi and Arnav's marriage.. Mami does not know any of this. I am not going to strain my imagination in figuring out how to resolve this.. but it just seemed very weird to me..Even with Khushi's best motive - did not need any of this to spill out... Khushi should have realized it is no one else but Shyam who threatened her and Mami with an attempt on their life..If he is the kidnapper that she believes he is then this was utterly unnecessary. I want to trust CVs and say that they will clean this mess to all our satisfaction!)
The Best Villain: Shyam is a lawyer.. his manipulative skills as lawyer should not be forgotten! He has manipulated the whole household and the marital cord for last almost four plus years successfully! He makes his intelligent move. He goes and hits the tattoo guy ruthlessly asking him why he used his cell phone to call him..shows off anger... and throws the phone away...The phone.. separated in pieces, lands on Arnav's side.. Arnav, like a thirsty animal, picks up all the pieces and puts the phone together..He thinks of calling Khushi...
The moment of tangled hearts: Khushi going upstairs.. her phone rings.. she goes to say 'hello' but her heart recognizes... It's Arnav! Both their hearts recongize their presence on the phone.. heavy hearts.. choked with emotions.. welled up eyes.. the moment is simply beautiful of the connection between these two tender hearts... finally when they collect their emotions enough to talk.. both of them utter each others name at the same time.."Khushi!" "Arnav ji.." Khushi immediately starts, "Arnav ji, where are you? Where have these people kept you? I have something important to tell you! I know who is behind all of this!" Arnav says in a heavy emotional voice, "Khushi, stop! Stop, please!" By then Shyam comes back after throwing the tattoo guy out. Shrewd person that he is, smart chess player that he is.. the best villain that he is... says to himself, "So, this is your first test, Khushi ji! What did you say..that you wanted to take revenge on Arnav, right? So, let us see if you tell me about this phone call or not!" Sooo.. Shyam purposefully let Arnav have the phone knowing that he would call Khushi first! Their love is not hidden from Shyam. He will be taking full advantage of it!
A Heartfelt Apology: Khushi says, "Let me talk!" Arnav stops her and says that what he wants to talk about is very important, so he must go first! Arnav's voice soft.. his eyes tired but sincere.. he says, "I am sorry! I am sorry, Khushi, I had to hurt you! I had no other option! Otherwise, these people would have hurt you and I could not let that happen!" Both of them again get very emotional.. no one is able to say a word.. After some moments of pregnant silence, Arnav says, "Khushi, I asked for your forgiveness.. but you know what..I will never be able to forgive myself!. I caused you harm.." Khushi says, 'No..please.. don't.." just then a loud noise fills the environment..disrupts their conversation... Khushi eagerly asks, "What noise is that? Where are you, Arnav ji?" Arnav says helplessly, "I don't know.. it is a dark, closed room..I hear the train frequently.. sometimes I also hear the bells from temple.." Khushi says, "Let me think what this place must be.. but first, listen to me! I know who is behind all of this!" Just then the reception goes bad.. after some breaks Khushi says, "Shyam ji is behind all of this! It is true. I knew what kind of lowly person he is but never thought that he would do this to you! I have found your blood on his shoes. I also have more proof,.. your passport..boarding pass...everything...Arnav ji, why are you not saying a thing? Hello..Hello.." Khushi screams! Arnav sits on the ground.. phone hidden, away from his ears as the tattoo guy circles around him, looking for his phone.. Everything that Khushi thought she said to Arnav, was never heard by him! After the guy leaves, Arnav quickly grabs the phone and says, "Khushi, you were saying something.." "Arnav ji, did you hear what I said?" But Arnav loses reception.."Hello..Hello.." he finds that the phone is out of battery.. he throws the phone away in frustration! Khushi wrongly concludes that he heard all of what she said! She thanks DM and says that she should now focus on finding out what place might be close to a train station and a temple.
(Author's Note: Once again -Khushi stands in the middle of staircase..screaming on the phone.. having a conversation with Arnav..I wish she had moved quickly to her room.. )
Khushi receives phone call from someone who says that he is Mr. Roy, Arnav's lawyer. After a long coversation he asks Khushi to come in to sign some property papers in place of Arnav... He does it on Shyam's instructions..
Deception meets Trust and Mistrust: Nani ji asks Khushi where she is headed. Khushi says that she has something important to take care of. Just then Shyam walks in and hands some CDs to Anjali, "Rani Sahiba, you asked for some music CDs.. they are here!" Anjalis thanks him with a bright smile. Shyam gives Khushi a dry look and settles next to Anjali.. Hatts off to Shyam.. he does not do anything halfheartedly.. his deception towards Anjali is also filled with showy love so much that she cannot even suspect his treachery..versus Khushi ... I will talk more about her in untold emotions..Anjali affectionately stops Khushi from leaving and brings her a cup of tea..lovingly urges to have tea before leaving. Then she inquires if Khushi gave the money to the Girls' School. Shyam's antenna up! Mami immediately gets alerted, "Girls School?" Khushi avoids the question and says that she is getting late, in fact she is headed to see the trustee if that school itself! Mami eagerly interrupts, ""Will anyone tell me where this school is?" She gestures Khushi with her eyes... Shyam keenly observes their interaction.. he already knows that Mami and Khushi were working together. .. but now, it seems like Khushi did not include Mami! Khushi reluctantly answers, "Near by Buaji's house!" Khushi says that she will have tea later, she will grab her purse and leave.
Gradually everyone disperses.. Shyam calm.. sits..relaxes.. and thinks.."Let us see, Khushi ji, what you do next? Who are you loyal to? Either you will go in search of Arnav or you will go to see the lawyer.. I get to enjoy the show!"

Untold Emotions:
Khushi has weaved an unbelievable tangled web of lies and unjustified moves around her.. even in the name of love most of those will not be forgotten neither could be forgiven. Out of the two paths she could take to get to Arnav, she picked the one full of deception leaving the one of honesty aside...in the name of protecting others.. will not be justified. Khushi is committing multiple crimes for each one Shyam has committed. Shyam tells the truth to Anjali most of the times and thus she has tough time doubting him.. Khushi normally speaks the truth ,so her lies are taken as truth.. Trust is difficult to gain,... mistrust walks in without an invitation. So many lies.. definitely show how deceptive her mind set has gotten.. Remeber that NK had said she could not lie, but if she is convincingly lying to everyone around her, including shrewd Shyam then she has mastered the art and has stooped lower...Alas! Devi Maiyya.. show her the right path..
Arnav on the other hand.. has grown helpless.. a brainiac should be able to put all the clues around him together to help free himself! wake up ASR! Do not become weak in Love! Love is strength! Wake up and fight!
Shyam.. his brain working in full force. He does not trust Khushi easily.. He trusts no one.. He is testing her. Khushi does not realize that she is at the losing end.. Arnav's life is in more danger now that she is playing this game. She has already declared to Shyam that she will not be sharing this information with other family members. Shyam persisted till Khushi spilled the beans! Shyam said nothing that will implicate him.. he made Khushi say a lot that will implicate her big time! Real mind of a lawyer indeed!
Khushi excluded Mami completely.. Not good.. NK was nowhere to be seen.. not good! Shyam came across as a caring husband.. Anjali was the usual affectionate one.. Khushi. was the negligent one.. she does not do anything for anyone anymore...This dangerous game of love and revenge.. not Khushi's cup of tea!
Here come the first time lovers, trading the path of their first love...One found the path to redemption.. another found the path of deception... ❤️❤️❤️
