Sounds really promising!

A man who has seen death from very close quarters, who is very scared of death which is his worst nightmare. Even a little harm to his closed ones presses his panic button and that too to an extent that he almost imagines extreme that is death itself. Today he is made to face death head on. The dying man is given a chance to talk to his family. The very source of his life. He has placed his Di and his girl in the top most position. He talks to his Di and assures her of his well being. He consoles her. Then comes Nani's turn. The matriarch and one of the mother figure in his life. He consoles her too. And finally he is given a chance to talk to his girl. The love of his life. She had begged him not to leave her. She had questioned him if he is leaving for real. She held on to him to the last minute to change his decision. But he had made his decision. Now his very life is in danger. When they communicate, its his time to understand her muteness. Her very name from his mouth brought an avalanche of emotions in her. All the tears which she was holding on to trickled silently. He understoond that she was crying for him. He is deciphered that cry. She is missing him. She is longing for him. He tried to console her but the silent tears are witness of her love to him. He never liked her weak. He likes her best when she fights back. His tigress. His equal . He stumbles for a moment. He wants to tell her something. He is trying to bring those words from within. This is that very moment. There was many many opportunities in past he was asked Kyun Faraq Padtha Hai... He could never tell he that.. Call it ego or whatever. He was this close in telling her.. But held on to it. Now the time has really come. He is facing his very death. So he decides to tell her. I LOVE YOU. As if his last dying wish fulfilled. Nothing matters to him now. He can face death peacefully.

Geese:

Have you guys observed how the geese fly. The way they fly. In the shape of V. The benefit to the V formation is that it is easy to keep track of every bird in the group. And there will be a leader in front. The birds take turns being in the front, falling back when they get tired. How today's episode reminded of that. Naniji being the elderly geese is leading the group. She is trying to console Anjali that all is well. Khushi who is shattered that Arnav has not reached London shares the news to matriarch of the family. But the motherly soul cannot take the news. So Khushi takes the lead and consoles Nani. Then comes Anjali scene. Again Khushi took that lead geese position and consoles Anjali. Arnav is always the lead geese and strongest now has passed that mantel to Aakash . To lead the group till he is back. So our Raizada geese will take turn till their flight is complete and destination reached.

I don't know where to begin with today's episode. Ok I do.

1) Wipe my tears

2) Blow my nose.

And I'm good to go.

Today each supporting cast member had a line and were used and each well detailed characteristic of the family was showcased. All I can say was very very well done.

I'm just going to dive right in.

Nani: She is a strong lady, but in one minute when she realized that Arnav was no where to be found she shattered. In fact a distraught Khushi had to pick herself up and be the shoulder she could cry on.

Mami & Mama: She justs wants to be an insider, she means no harm, the second she saw Anjali in pain she forgot everything and even confessed to be gossiping with her brother. I also loved that once she understood that Arnav was indeed safe she got back to being her self centred self. Even Arnav smirked when he heard her wants.

Akash: Logical, strong, and Arnav's right hand man. There are precious few bromance scenes, this wasn't one of them but I loved that Arnav has someone he can trust even if he isn't vocal about it.

Payal: I wish she had a better expression of concern. But I absolutely love the Khushi-Payal bond. Loved how she looks at her sister and says " smile now at least"

Shyam: Clearly he has bitten off more than he can chew. We know that he is a planner, improvisation is not his strenght. His plans are not working perfectly, hence the disappearence to clear his mess.

And now the three most important characters:

Anjali: Today was the first glimpse of what is going to happen to Anjali when the truth comes out in front of her. She will shatter like glass, her perfect world all in pieces around her. Today, every member of the family gathered around their weakest link to make sure she was ok. That is what she is THE WEAKEST LINK. Beautifully played by Daljeet. For an instant she feigned strenght for Khushi but she very quickly found herself unable to hold on to that strenght and think logically.

Though I have to say Daljeet please ease up on the Mascara!!!!

Khushi: Sanaya you are just brillant. Now that I got that out of the way.

First we see a broken down Khushi, she wants to go to the family for help only to see she is the strongest there, this point is proven when both Anjali and Nani break down. Khushi has to put away her fears and be the support for them, the man of the house in the absence of Arnav. I loved that this characteristic of Khushi was highlighted today. Then when finally Arnav calls home she is relieved, but not fully. Then Akhash passes the phone to her... This is by far Sanaya's best performance. I could almost see the hesitation and desire to speak to Arnav playing a tugofwar in her mind. Will he speak to me? What will he say? What should I tell him? GOD I LOVE HIM? Why didn't I trust him? Why did I let him go? Please come back to me? LOVED IT!!!!! the silent tears almost killed me. And Arnav's confession, she knows something is wrong. Her reaction was spot on.

Arnav Singh Raizada: The patience with which he spoke to his family, the authority hand over to Akash and finally Khushi, the one person who reaches into his ASR persona and touches Arnav. Loved that his voice shook when he took her name. Loved that he was trying to console her. Loved that he knew she was crying silently, trying very hard to show him she was stong. Loved that he was trying to get the words out but they weren't coming. Loved that he finally got the courage to say the words rather than show her in actions. Barun comes back in form. Though can the dialogue writers please be a little more careful. Did ASR actually say "FALTU"!!!!

Honorable mention to the PH for investing in the sound track. RABBA VEY makes an emotional scene atleast 10 times more intense. Again I say well done. 👏👏👏.
