I personally think that this might be Arnav's plan to see if he has changed for the good .. He probably has Two wills .. One a Fake and the Other One is Real..
Edit: plus you would think that if arnav had a will to begin with he would of already had all his property in anjalis name. So why would he call a lawyer..maybe to put it in his wifes name to proyect her from the future. And he didn't want khushi to know..because it will show that he loves her.
The Real One Might be with the Lawyer .. or somewhere else .. Maybe Giving Khushi everything OR/and Anjali both his assets split equally..

ArnavProbably knew that Shyam Was Annoyed that he Stopped the money Going into his jointaccount ..
So he Wanted to see what shayam will do for money .. Now the games begin .. Arnav probably wants to see how far he will go to get his business.. or how far he will go to try to kill him or his di .. So enough evidence can build up against shyam and arrest him for attempted murder..
