Loved the episode, It was a treat to watch Arnav's mischivious side and his teasing. It even surprised Khusi. Arnav has really formed a comfort level with buaji and garima.The way he joked with buaji about khushi showed his comfort level with the gupta ladies. He never joked or behaved like that at RM.

looking forward to reading analysis by tanthya and doodleberry

Wow! I loved the way you've enumerated the future track, just fantastic. I was wondering why this shaadi is taking place but after reading your analysis, I concur, with your thoughts. Arnav heard all about the difficulties faced by the lower middle class to marry off their daughters first hand from Nandini, and pretty sure there will be a problem during the wedding where he will help out and earn the good will of all concerned, especially the Guptas. This will be his "prayaschit" for the sins he's committed during the weddings of their two daughters. Jab karm kiye hain, phal toh bhugat naa hi padhega naa??

Also, expecting the reveal to Khushi the reason behind the wedding. Looks like lots of action coming up and I have been screaming for days regarding this tired & sick looking Barun. The man is exhausted, both mentally & physically. Please give him a break, we need a fresh looking ASR for the big reveal, MU clearing & repentance track.

What a great read this thread is! Wonderful. Awaiting Thanthya's Thoughts now. Thank you Doodleberry for a lot of things-

Innuenduos – I caught on to only the Khaali Bartan one, the rest flew over my head. Even here I interpreted it as something else.

Touching on the female foeticide issue. I am a doctor working in a state least affected by this social evil, but here too there is a subtle difference in the way girls are treated compared to boys. Oh! They are given equal opportunities academically and professionally especially in the middle and upper classes, but I doubt they are given due appreciation when compared to boys. And this in a state where childless couples preferably adopt girl children – "because they are easier to manage. Looking forward to interacting more on REDUX

Loved the episode. Even Khushi in the last few minutes of "let's irritate LG" mode, was tolerable. But what stood out for me was the moment when Khushi was feeding Arnav Gol Gappas. He refused. Garima tried to change his mind. Buaji Insisted. Then Buaji tried to tempt him. She asked Khushi to feed him. Khushi tried to wriggle out of doing so.

Did it hurt Arnav? May be… may be not.

But he certainly wanted her to give him some attention!

So she fed him.

And he was touched … or affected… or whatever the word might be.

I couldn't help but feel a small flutter somewhere in my heart when I saw those kangans on the hands that were feeding him. The question is … Did Arnav notice them too?

I agree that Barun needs a haircut, shave and some rest!

Here is a suggestion to the CVs, use your entire cast! don't lean so much on one actor. This week's episodes have been Barun heavy.

What is going on with Shyam and the key? What is the purpose of introducing Bubbly? Two weeks after her intro, the audience is still wondering why she is there.

The earlier episodes had a great balance between the entire cast, case in point, the episodes during the Nainital trip. That balance is missing nowadays. After the wedding the Gupta pariwar was MIA, this week the RM people are not doing much

Another suggestion, let both Barun and Sanaya have a hair accident at GH so they can improve their looks. Why is Barun in the same clothes on both days at the GH?

Barun looks SCRUFFY. The ASR we see now looks like a guy searching for job opportunities in Linked in /Naukri.com Than the Guy who is supposed to the owner of Chain of Industries

I don't understand the logic of making ASR look like this, He should stand out in the Gupta Neighborhood, Where is the uber cool personality of ASR gone?

If we are indeed entering the war phase from what Bua indeed, Arnav should Look like an Emperor than a mere soldier.

The Kambal scene was more Barun than ASR. Much as we loved it, this is how ASR would have gone about it, He would rather than mimicking Khushi, would have continued in a dead pan tone with his smirk and said, Buaji, you should have given her an extra kamabl, yada yada...

That would have been ASR. Barun who has perfected the art of mastering nuances would have done that if he didn't look and feel so damn tired.

So CVs...Give the guy a day off and give us the Well groomed ASR back. Let that day of absence be explained by simply having ASR having monologues cum FBs...The fans have been screaming for the above right, Show that the Dimaag wala ASR is coming back and let him wonder about the inconsistencies in khushi and what he has seen.

And Sanaya needs a complete makeover pronto. And we need more from Khushi's side, You are not doing justice either to the character or the actor.

Shaadi track: I figured it would be about Arnav realizing how he has deprived Khushi of her dream wedding and how after the stipulated 6 months are over, she and the Guptas would find it tough to explain the divorce or why her hubby left her etc.

Now with the hint that the preetika's hubby is a well to do side, are we in for more drama? And if indeed ASR will be the one who will negotiate (really????), can he atleast look the part?
