@Tanthya, when Arnav says "Woh bahut teekha hota hai aur mera mooh bhi utna nahi khulta.", I think the reference was, of course, that the bitter truths were gonna come his way soon. Also him saying he can't open his mouth that wide is probably referencing the fact that he's a man of few words and believes in actions. Or that he doesn't have the capacity to handle such a bitter truth. However with Buaji's encouragement and Khushi's help and steadfastness in supporting him will enable him to handle everything thar's gonna be thrown at him. And the mention of Mamiji's medicine suggests her involvement and lookout for her beloved nephew. Btw, love all your posts :)
