Doodle, the news is always full with grim reality. It is not just India...according to Hindu (today's edition) 24 Million Chinese men will not be able to find a bride for themselves all becoz parents have no dowry to pay for their daughters...and many are opting for

Before going on further, I completely endorse the view of the Doods and the team: Barun Sobti definitely needs a break from his tight-schedule; I believe no one would have essayed the role to perfection as Barun did. The Production team should understand that people identify only Barun with the character non-other. In his career graph, he is enjoying the prime time and deserving so the body and mind needs rest. I was gratified when there was no Maha episode as the main lead look exhausted and viewing a serial with inordinate BD is pathetic. One more day of the Raizada in the lives of the Gupta's :

As the days counted for the Raizada stay in Gupta's house so are, his steps measured to make other's lives easier and simpler. We can clearly see the difference in him, harmonized in the given space and presence felt at home. He changed his peripherals but kept his core intact, his tranquilizer remained the plants amidst the mayhem in Shantiven, today, he pursued that task as he watered his plants in the main hall in GH and got accustomed to use the Mosquito racket very well now.

Longing to the pampered and loved :

The feeding of Khushi though conceptualized, as Rabba've, from my perspective I am unable to view it in just that angle. The scene prior to that was Khushi feeding all the Gupta Folks. Arnav was observant neither Khushi took the initiative if he needs golgappa or for feeding him. Buaji observed that ASR did not eat anything and both elder women insist their son-in-law to eat something, alas politely rejected by Arnav. So the directives was taken by Buaji to make Khushi to feed him, though Khushi knew that he has no inclination for street food she replied Buaji not to force him. It was apparent that Arnav longing for Khushi to feed voluntarily, as it symbolized acceptance of him in her household. Therefore, he immediately gripped the moment and said I will just take one. We have seen Arnav fed by Anjali many times; he never refuses from the sister. Today, he wanted this gesture from his wife desperately to feel he belongs to her.

Not long ago, we saw the transpose - Did we not see the longing from Khushi when Arnav took the papayas from Anjali's hand saying that during pregnancies it is not permissible to eat? It was within the Khushi's character to have monologued "how one person can exhibit contrasting feelings – all the love for the sister and just hatred for me". There was that longing that ASR accepts her. The same feeling beautifully mirrored by ASR but medium used here is "silence".

Rapport he shares with Buaji:

I really want to speak about his rapport with Buaji not in today's episode alone, overall from the beginning.

Past :

Buaji is aware that the miseries caused in her brother's family were due to the direct intervention of the mighty Arnav Singh Raizada.

All she faced was the arrogant business tycoon who brought her niece unconscious to her house.

She charged with frustration and anger when he exhibited his wealth and power to make Khushi work in his home as his sister's requirement.

When ASR came on Diwali night to return her purse, the same Buaji welcomed him home and offered him sweets. Buaji let the bygones and respected Khushi's employer with warmth.

When Raizada family came to Gupta's home asking for the hand of Payal, it Buaji addressed Arnav as bauwa and offered him sweets. He started calling her Buaji.

Though they never communicated in length, Arnav found it easy to approach Buaji. When the Henna function was due to be conducted in Buaji's home, ASR spoke with Buaji and shifted the venue to RM due to threat of Scorpio. Bauji consented without any fuss.

She knew the decision maker in the RM is ASR and she had full faith in his judgment.

When ASR married Khushi, they pained by the act of ASR but never ever questioned him

Present :When ASR was on the doorsteps of GH, Buaji welcomed them and she hugged ASR, addressing him as "nanda Kishore". I am illiterate of the religious significance and that part is very much justified by Tanthya. Doods spoke in length about female infanticide (loved you for addressing that). Why? It is not just in the sub-continent burdened. In the Arab world, prior to the advent of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) girls buried alive in the arid desert. Why do we prefer a male child in this age also? Very simple, it is a pre-conceived notion that boys are the source of not just income but security for the future. The parents always consider girls as a responsibility but boys a security. We commonly hear the statement "the girl is taking care of the family like a boy" - She is the boy of the house etc. in our societies. For Buaji there are no boys in their family and that security comes only from ASR. She is right in addressing him as "Nanda Kishore".

While Garima Ji was trying to reorient the table, it was Buaji who thoughtfully fixed the cooler for ASR. She also said about the "Chat uncha karna"

Buaji by telling ASR poignantly not to take Khushi's words to heart, as she is "sanka" Devi.

ASR was joking with Buaji regarding Khushi, when she was shivering with cold. So the icebreaking is done both sides.

We got both Rabba've due to Buaji ji and also got the metaphor "Hatyaar paas Main Hain" - very powerful words indeed.

Future : The future is unpredictable as it is in the hands of the Cvs. Still I want to my take on this.

It will be a big blow for Buaji that ASR deceived them in such a way, that her niece life jeopardized. When ASR comes to know the truth, there are equal chances that Buaji will come out with the truth. I was thinking about "Haatyaar" and wondering who it will be. Deep down it has to be Buaji's or Shashi ji. Therefore, the nectar of truth will come from Buaji's side. Therefore, ASR very much will be in control as he has galvanized his forces from GH.

Buaji will be instrumental in telling ASR the innocence of Khushi and how she forced the engagement to ASR despite Khushi's constant refusal. Shashi Ji will shed more light that Shyam almost committed homicide.

During the path of Redemption, ASR will seek the help of Buaji and she will make amends. Buaji will arrange for real wedding in her home itself all chances. That will be the day probably; Khushi will be wearing the Red Lehenge of Buaji.

We saw during the New Year eve Khushi made to sleep by Buaji along with ASR. Now we are seeing Khushi and ASR sharing the same bed even in the MU stage. We heard the comments from Khushi "not to make fun the bed of Buaji - it is a 50 year old teak bed". What does it implies? In a husband and wife relationship bedroom has the most important role. It is just their space without any trespassing. Buaji had a successful married life and the bed stands testimonial to that. Probably, we will see KKG handed over to ASR and their marital life solemnized from this room.

So here I go with my thoughts..

That was a nice episode isnt it???

So here are my points to ponder...

1.Buaji saying kushi to give Arnav some- He wont be able to refuse you...and then Arnav asking Kushi to feed him..
-When he saw her feeding everyone in her family, did he secretly crave for her to feed him aswell? is that why he took the first opportunity to say I will have one?
- What did his expression convey when he declared he will have just one? will she feed me? was'nt it the same like the last time? will she color me? and the swallowing it and looking at her wasnt he asking for more???

2.I dont have to apologize to you.. however I have apologised to Aunty and Buaji
- their relationship has still not reached a stage where sorry/thanks/please doesnt have significance- this happens when the couple are devoid of MU, and understand eachother so well that one person's needs, worries and fears are understood by their other one without need for these words...
- these two have a long way to go to reach that soulmates stage.. they are soulmates but they have to work towards their realationship to reach that stage, so for now. its his mere ego and perhaps a little taken aback feeling that she understands his action so well...

3.Kushi manipulating his MU that Buaji is talking about the mosquito racket so well for her benefit...
- Isnt it similar in a way, He did mention he was Ok for something else and the family took it as the answer for something else... as doods says often, people see what they want to see.. Like that day on the terrace, today also Arnav said something, Buaji took it as his approval for extra guests staying in their house.

4. The morning tea scene-
- Yeah I felt for Kushi.. sometimes when I go to the lab at my office, which is a small enclosure, I get freezed to the bone, whereas I am fine with the air conditioned large floor where I comfortably sit without any problem... We do feel very cold in small rooms
- Arnav teasing Kushi- I really want to read what Doods take is in this... we are people who watch SBS/SBB and strongly felt Barun there instead of Arnav.. the voice moculation and everything was Barun teasing Sanaya.. But Doods said she doesnt watch SBS/SBB so have to see her perspective on this... What did this teasing form of Arnav suggest?
- Usually Guys tease a girl they like.. But Arnav had never teased someone deliberately like this... maybe when he wooed her, her did tease but that was again when they were alone and today for the first time we saw him teasing her in front of her aunt... is this an indication that he is getting normal around the GH members.. that i more normal than he would be around his own house?

Reading between the lines: I feel if they stay for sometime without the intervention of the RM family, he will start falling in love with her all over again and get to a stage where he would think -what if Kushi had someone else in her life before, she is mine now...Damn my Jeejaji- he can go to hell- Hello for a bro for whom his sis has been the world, he doesnt seem to cal her up as well or go and visit her atleast... they are in the same city baba!! and payalia is left out of the pics as guessed by all of us...
- so does it mean this family is soon going ot be void for sometime - of both the bahurani's and their elder son soon ??? and note even babliya was not in the family pic.. she is like an outsider- watching the trife- and like tants and Doods always say- she should be bridging the gap...

The episode was a hit with tender moments of blossoming love between arnav and khushi😊.

Patient wait of the fans has been rewarded with a flirtatious arnav romancing his wife and even cracking a joke on her.😳

His genuine bonding with his wife's "maternity home".👏

Peek into the nice next door guy arnav who has been lost in trying to maintain a strong facade of Arnav Singh Raizada to the world.

Earlier if we had been frustrated with the lack of progress now it is a bullet train ride to destination MU.

Layers in ASR/Arnav's character is now being stripped off in a quickie to reveal nuances instead of the leisurely peel. Khushi's transition from childish pranks to a sombre mood has also picked up momentum.

Our characters have lots of miles to cross and myraid hues to show before the impending reality check.

So the journey of reawakened love and the subsequent fallout will not be a beautiful symphony but a rapid blast to the lovers heaven with a lightning crash landing on reality .I ain't complaining but wishing if the story telling earlier was a tad bit tighter . My poor heart would not have to witness the jarring upcoming tumultuous upheaval.

Anna, Anki fan and the rest of the talented writers it was a pleasure reading your views.

Doods, tanthya, nia, pam awaiting your write-ups.

I guess the good sleep Mr. Raizada had is responsible for his cheerful persona today...dint expect he would...but he did...and so he was in good spirits...

when in rome do as the romans...gol gappas are absolutely lip smackingly fantastically wonderful food ever created😆...and he tried it...forget the stomach ache...it was worth the pleasure of his wife feeding him...something so sinfully good that instead of stoppin at 1 he had a few😆

a humored ASR trying to unsettle khushi but khushi refused to get unsettled... unmoved from her mission to make his life as challenging as possible...in this tug of war ASR would win if he continues down this path ...because she can handle an angry ASR but she is out of her depths when it comes to this ASR😆

It funny how well she knows him...especially everytlittle thing that gets him hopping mad...she definately knows him very well...just as he notices everything about her but will never admit... two knuckleheads in love😆...iss pyaar ko kya naam doon!

T your title made me think - I guess since khushi has been getting away with all this so far does make me wonder what lies up ahead...maybe they are building up to ASr getting angry to such an extent that he blurts out the truth regarding their marriage🤔

Shall log on tomorrow morning to read your analysis ladies but liked the episode for more reasons than one.

You actually got to see a glimpse of what the real Arnav would be like - short on patience (NOT short tempered), indulgent in parts, mischevious in others, smitten for a moment, irate in another, exercising his haq when needed and trying to atone for his behaviour when necessary. There was this lovely feel of a normal household with a normal damad and all the accompaniments of a small elaka in a big city!

Huge difference in the Raizada and Gupta household. One is less affluent than the other but abounding with a rich emotional fabric, a sense of happiness and the familiarity and the loud but easy companionship of its members..

While in RM, everyone is a little wary of Arnav, too scared to breach his self imposed emotional walls (yes even Anjali tho she comes the closest to taking liberties with him), Amma and Buaji just walk all over them without a thought that they might even exist. Yes, they pamper him like all North Indian damads are, but they have no achnowldegemnt of his emotional space and draw him willy nilly into their emotional space.

And the most beautiful part - Arnav is responding and opening up to that emotional invasion of his private space with someone other than Khushi or Anjali- be it asking Garima to make nice food, eating gol gappas with them at the table, the easy acceptance of Buaji's invasion of his space with a cuppa, or allowing buaji to rib him about the kambhal thing. Something that he does not allow even Nani to invade!

Arnav slowly getting acquainted with the reality of middle class life - silent witness to the tension of a daughter's marriage, but MOST importantly witnessing first hand the Gupta's willingness to help others out even at the cost of some discomfort to themselves. Something that he will see in Khushi's actions too as she tries to take on the onus of doing everything at the wedding. A redemption of sorts for teh Guptas when the truth comes out? Their inability to deliberately hurt someone - only if he reads the signs and questions how could then Khushi possibly do that?

While I dont care too much for Bubbly, just a thought. Whether the sequence today was indicative of the fact that Bubbly may end up being the catalyst for something that drives Payal and Akash apart but Mamiji will be intrumental in trying to get things patched between them again? I thought it was a clear message. She may be as rude as she wants to with Payal, but she will look out for her!

Though I am not looking forwrad to the last 2 days episodes being diluted by yet another OTT performance from Khushi, but I am hoping that her new prank, Arnav's mellowed personna, his famous self control already breached by that remark about his mother and his emotional vulnerabiity right now will lead to an outburst that answers some of Khushi's questions.

P.S. I know the poor chap is probably bone weary with his work schedule right now but can Barun Sobti please get a closer shave? The stubble looks nice and adds a wonderful brooding touch to Arnav, but not when it looks like a two day old one! Maybe I am nitpicking but I genuinely thought he looked unkempt yesterday! The guy probably needs 2-3 days off from work to come back looking fresh!

He has let his guard down so much that I was really confused if it was out and out Barun that I was watching on screen or Arnav.. He so wants to be loved, his very life has been rejuvenated with this pure love. No expectations from him. They are letting him be what he wants to be.

I want to quote Doods signature that you will be surprised with how little you can live with!! That is GH house. The whole house can fit in Arnav's room alone in RM sans opulence. Everything is bare minimalism. Everything grounded. People are grounded and genuine. Neighbors are friendly and part of family. Its not that Raizada guys are not genuine. There everyone seems to have a wall built around them and they dont cross line. Physical touch showing love is a big no-no.Buaji doesn't hesitate even for a split second to shower her love physically.

Loved Garimaji's concern about the presence of SIL and not to make his life miserable. She wanted him to think twice before agreeing !! What a lady.. MOTHER!!!

I feel this visit alone has made Arnav richer my manifold. Not in terms of materialistic money.. But every moment the way he is being blessed!!! His blessing balance has made him a rich man once again.

Buaji has given him the green signal.. Conch has been blown. She said he has all the ammunition and he is still worried about war.. Victory will be his!!! Kurukshetra war it is!!!

What was there not to love about him today...absolutely nothing...loved the love craving Arnav...the surprise package of flirty Arnav...his bonding with the Gupta clan was slow and sure...everybody rocked at the GH.Raizada's and their trash...Arnav is better off at GH...where the love and affections are pure...
