I loved the whole rangoli dance too!!You are spot on saying if ASR wanted no one could've forced him to dance around in an alien land to save a mere rangoli...But he did.We all know these things doesn't matter for him..It's Khushi who is obsessed about these things..& it's Khushi's happiness that the mighty ASR seems to be obsessed about😍

It's almost like,he knows that she's a home-wrecker..So she deserves however he's treating her..Grand gestures won't be lost on her😡..But as he knows how she made him feel before their fateful wedding,what he was going to tell her that night if he hadn't seen her true face;so he allows her these small moments of happiness..Almost out of respect for his own feelings..It's like he's saying in his head:

Hmm... Arnav normally does not do stuff unless he really means it .. let's see if how soon Arnav gets to that comfort level...

Unless something critical happens while Arnav is staying and he helps them out of it.. Arnav might take time to bond with them. Arnav usually takes time to bond with people. If he's taken this long to bond with Khushi who is closest to him, apart from his Di, then babuji and amma might have to wait a while.. but then.. let's see how CVs carry it..
