It seems he genuinely cares for her. Circumstances wont allow him to be withher but he would probably treat her better than ASR treats her. He is always trying to charm everybody anyways.

he has always been seen smiling very widely when khushi is being crazy, i think he likes the childishness in her..

No doubt he too loves her. but he is unfaithful to his wife who loves her from the core of her heart blindly, how can anyone expect him to be faithful to Khushi, but for sure if he was not married, he would have kept her happy...he can do anything to please her...unlike Arnav.

He is the villain that's why we don't like him but he loves her that's why he is feeling bad 🤢.

ya, whats really odd is that he couldnt stand her humiliation today but had no issues when he was fake sympathizing with her in the hospital after trying to kill her father..but then again, he was the cause of her pain in hospital..so most likely its just his obsession coming out again..

well i wouldnt say he genuinely cares for her as he didnt have huge issue with it when he gave her so many tears after trying to kill her father, but its not lust only..could be his obsession only..he just doesnt like anyone laughing at her..
