See, after knowing the truth now, Arnav is going to hate Khushi. And the current track is, someone will hate someone only if they loved them once!! If you never loved someone, you will be digusted with them, but not hate them!! Like, Arnav loves Khushi, so now he is going to hate her, and he thinks only he has the right to hate(love) her. While, in Khushi-Shyam relationship, Khushi is disgusted by Shyam, because she never loved him!!

So, here I have highlighted the word Hate, which is eventually going to mean LOVE in the future!
