Good Points
-'Don't talk to me like this.' I'm sure Arnav has said this twice before but I can only remember the time at the temple with the engagement. Anyone want to enlighten me? I really wonder what Khushi thinks he means when he says that because both times have been in reference to her belittling his importance in her life or her importance in his. Khushi probably just thinks he means not to shout at him or something though.
-We're finally seeing some recognition both from Akash and Buaji about how much responsibility Arnav and Khushi have towards their respective families which I think has been largely ignored up until now.
-Arnav didn't really need to take out the bangle with his teeth, it was a fairly large piece and I'm sure he could have got it with his fingers if he really wanted to, so that just makes me think he did it intentionally. The way he watches her as he lowers his head, almost looking for confirmation that what he's about to do isn't receiving a negative from her definitely points towards that as well.
-Khushi reacts with her usual hyperventilation method and you can see Arnav visibly swallow as if to control himself and his reaction to her ;) before he lets her know it's done and she can open her eyes again.
-I love how intensely Arnav stares at Khushi while putting the bandage on. She tries to meet and hold his gaze but falters, as would anybody else under his piercing just-try-and-stop-me gaze.
-When everybody sits back down even though the focus isn't on Nani you can see her sitting in her place giving evils to Mami.
-Nani and Anjali recognising the relationship that Arnav and Khushi share was super cute but still where did all these observant skills suddenly spring up from? Anjali looks soo happy at the thought of Khushi and Arnav that she makes me smile too.
-Post-bangle-rescue operation Khushi is more willing to look at Arnav although she doesn't exactly speak to him which is probably more because she doesn't know what to say rather than not wanting to talk to him as she was doing before.
-NK's dramatic OMG and Khushi getting startled while Arnav is completely unaffected was so funny. Perfectly in character for all three.
-Interesting how Khushi completely avoids the question as to how she hurt her hand (mostly because she's still deep in thought about Arnav) and Arnav diverts NKs question and stops Khushi from answering. Just another example of the two of them keeping moments between them private. Now if only Khushi's kiss had been private too...
-Khushi actually looks uncomfortable this time when she realises Arnav's annoyed by NKs friendliness towards her.
-Not only did he buy her bangles but also a gift bag with her name on it. So sweet! The stalking outside of the doorway: not so sweet. Especially because the camera movement and suspenseful music almost had me wondering if we were in for another Shyam-perving scene.
-Again we get a softer, sweeter, considerate Arnav reflected in the mirror (like after the sangeet). A side that he rarely allows to come out but is a reflection of his most genuine emotions when it does.
-Three Khushis in the mirror. Past, present and future? Only the present one has Arnav by her side, but even he leaves her alone. (Reading too much into it? Y/Y? :P)
-When Khushi says Arnav before she faints there's not even any lip movement to suggest she was going to add the 'ji' at the end. :D
-The little darting of the eyes that Arnav does when Khushi mentions bangles was super adorable. He doesn't want anyone to find out what he did, but he doesn't know how to divert their attention.
-Arnav stays by her side even when everyone else has left, only getting up when she makes him feel uncomfortable with her questions.
Bad Points
- Akash giving assurances to Garima and Madhumati that he won't let Payal face any difficulties doesn't quite gel with me considering all of the times he's stood silently and watched her be insulted by his mother but I do like his attempts to pacify them.
-Garima and Madhumati wanting a nice guy for Khushi is a bit sweet but slightly belated in my opinion considering how little effort they put into finding out about Shyam when they made her get engaged to him.
-No consistency! Again Shyam keeps appearing and disappearing at random times. Also why did he hear about Arnav and Khushi today and get annoyed but not hear anything in yesterday's episode?
-How and where did Arnav buy those bangles from within the space of about 5 minutes?
-What was the point of Payal having that Shyam flashback yesterday if she's not going to reflect on it at all?
-I'm confused. Did Khushi faint because of the (miniscule) blood loss or from the shock of finding out that Arnav bought her bangles?
-I wish Arnav had been there when she fainted or we had gotten to see his reaction to hearing about her fainting.
