Thank god she dropped the "JI" after Arnav's name. I hope she continues calling him Arnav to his face instead of Arnav Ji.

Khushi will continue callin him with ji.

She will never call him Arnav in front of the family . In fact after marriage ( if that happens) she will not even say his name in front of the family members.

I follow this custom too at home. In front of my family members I say my husbands name but in front of his family members I call him "amuker Abbu" where amuk is my sons name ( no gender bias here my son is the firstborn) .

I don't think so. She fainted before finishing with ji of Arnav ji. When she got conscious she said hum theek hai Arnavji, doctor ko bulane ki koi zarurat nahi hai. So ji is still there.
