At the risk of getting rotten tomatoes & eggs lemme 1st confess that i ve never liked KKG's character frm the beginnning. I had initially posted this on this forum & got royally lynched. I am against all the female leads in STAR where they r never shown as intelligent, educated, witty & employed. Now that i ve got it off my chest i dint find anything offensive with yesterday's episode coz honestly i ve done the same thing that Anjali did 2 Arnav yesterday.

wen my hubby yells at me saying he doesnt want 2 see me or hear my voice i deliberately sulk inside my room, not speaking & pretending not 2 eat though i w'd ve gobbled a dairy milk earlier 😆
then he comes & manaofyies me & many times even feeds me just like how arnav fed anjali yesterday 😳

i guess family mein such emotional blackmail or emotional hatyachar chalta hai 😃 but i cant tolerate wen KKG who is in no way bound 2 asr twists him 2 her whims & fancies. Anjali YES KKG NO.

This is not ASR vs Khushi war.
This is about how these CHARACTERS have been maligned recently and the dialogues and storyline has deviated from the original track altogether. Not just these two, just got over with watching the episode, and couldn't bear to watch the last part where the entire family lines up in front of ASR like a bunch of 5 years old caught doing wrong!
NANI! of all the people behaving like that was unbelievable, go and watch her in the episodes of the first few months, she commanded respect of the entire clan, even ASR couldn't just have his own way around her. (he didnt want her t know about Lavnaya and his relationship, why?)
It wasnt just manipulative Khushi that was wrong, nor ASR refusing to have sangeet that was wrong. These days EVERYTHING is wrong. and I dont believe I give my time to it!
Yes, one reason is BARUN, but how long can that sustain interest!

its ok that arnav manipulates everyone by saying he wont attend the sangeet and its ok if they want to arrange else where (like u dont invite ur brother to ur wedding!!duh even mami knew that)
becoz hes hot obviously and we are females so its totally forgivable***drool drool

and its totally bad rude evil and wht not of KKG and anjali to manipulate poor asr (even though we all know we have all done it at certain period of our life with our fathers hubbies brothers and boyfriends but that doesnt count and completely immature?????!)

and i love both equally just i find it easy to ovr look ppl flaws :) :)

Anjali ...YES she has the right to KKG not yet.

I think Arnav has no right to interfere in sangeeth because its not his wedding celebrations. However, if he is the patriarch of the house (as it seems he is), he has a right to voice his opinion and work with his family to come to a consensus. Arnav tends to be dictatorial but that is not his inherent nature, that is because he took on responsibilities and tough decisions at a very tender age, making him single-minded and solitary in his purpose.

This is what KKG is supposed to change, bring light, laughter, sound, noise, chaos, drama, love and passion into his carefully orchestrated, orderly and choreographed life. But what do we get instead? We get a 5 year old trying to tease a 28 year old man. How can we ever hope to see these two fall in love? This is not Phulwa!!

Hi Su - Was out of country for a while and was busy with beginning of the year planning at work.

Things are so dull in IPKKND, there was a time I used to wake up in anticipation of watching this show. Now I dread what else is going to go wrong and whose character is going to get butchered next.

What happened to our leads? ASR is being neutralized and Khushi is being desensitized. We get zombies playing the show.

I think ASR cancelling the Sangeet "out of the blue" was VERY unfair, childish and also "bullying" behaviour on his part!

IF he didnt want that Sangeet to happen, then why not say so AT THE START?? Why wait till now? He knew the family was practicing and also a dance instructor was hired etc... AND Anjali looked confused when he said "I dont like loud music and noise"!!! She was like "WHAT...??"

Just as she pointed out...HER wedding had a Sangeet and PAYASH engagement had a dance etc... SO why didnt he have a problem with it then? I didn't even see him having a problem with the "charachter dheela" dance accept to tell La "what were you thinking"??? Probably coz the SONG was in-appropriate for the occasion!!!

SO... HE says he dosent want a Sangeet coz it's loud and he prefers silence! SO the family GAVE him silence! What was wrong with that? HE was imposing his will on SO many people, why cant THEY impose their will on him? It's a two way street! As I said in another post... the Raizada's indulge Arnav too much!!!

Finally someone is in the picture who is giving him a taste of his OWN medicine! I dont think there was anything wrong with it! He may be Hot and we may love him! But he was being a childish bully and he deserved what the family dished out to him!!!
